I place a weekly order with Morrisons and lately have been informed that various items have not been available, so I make the trek down there and buy it off the shelf!!!!!! Obviously it is just the pickers who can’t be bothered to look for things!

Bought a deep pan peperoni pizza had them many times before seems like they have changed the base and sauce it was absolutely awful.wontbe buying 1 again.

Just about the worst online shopping experience Ive had. Consistantly upto 8-10 items unavailable. Not substitute some of the most basic items.Had to do other local shops and pay for second deliveries.Only had four deliveries with Morrisons..4 deliveries too many. Looking tbrough other comments I see im not alone. Suggestions; Take off the items you say is not in stock, but have said available 4weeks in a row eg: cotton pads. Only found out on delivery not being subed. Sliced white bread?? Specific cakes x 4 weeks no sub.This week vanilla icecream..no sub, really, no vanilla icecream at all? Steak,battered onions, Yorkshire Puddings, Garlic bread..no subs. Similar stories.on other goods. To have half my orders unavailable and 1% substituted is unacceptable. As a woman with a mobility issue I rely on a good online service. Please stock the items you are advertising and maybe you wont get so many complaints? Hense such a low score on reviews.

Morrisons app is an absolute joke filled with offers they really don't want to give you. It's like a gameshow having to download offers, paper vouchers you need to remember to take with you. Just put the offers on my card easy !!!!

Morrisons in Grantham continually have several fridges out of action, always saying, we are working hard to repair these. I have asked assistants many times if the repair men are based in Australia, and come by boat!
Gents toilet regularly out of action for weeks at a time, and I am told the womens fair little better.
Not very good customer satisfaction !

I have been a customer for a long time , But they are so unreliable. i have the first AM slot avaliable due to needing to leave for work early, Twice now in the space of a couple of weeks, the trailer has broken down, 1st time it was communicated, but i stated if it wasnt within a certain time i would not be here to take it and it would need to be returned, Last week no communication and no delivery. Driver arrived an hour after the end of my slot time to say the trailer broke down again, and said i would be better shopping with Ocado, they do transport for both. who ever is packing the shopping, surely it isnt rocket science, but why would you place heavy bottles of squash on soft bread and rolls they were completely squashed, flat even, its ridiculos , i reviewed this on the survey and even raised a complaint, no one ever comes back . If you call you get the same person, who is not helpful and doesnt do anything. Service has really been bad , and reading all these reviews on here they dont seem to be bothered.

I have shopped regularly in Morrisons in Petts Wood. Usually I find the staff reasonably helpful. I went there this afternoon to buy groceries, including a bottle of rum to soak some dried fruit in preparation for making a Christmas Cake. I went to the spirits cabinet and saw the door had a buzzer on it to call staff when you wanted something. I pressed it three times and nobody turned up. Then a middle aged lady with a high viz jacket on and a boom mike walked past (not even stopping) and said ‘it’s open’. I tried the door and found it was open. She then said ‘If you don’t get an answer, try the door’ in a sing-song voice. I am old enough and experienced enough to recognise sarcasm when I hear it, so I said “Maybe I won’t bother after all if I am going to receive sarcastic comments,” and didn’t bother with that purchase. She then said “It’s a joke mate.” I replied “I can recognise sarcasm when I hear it!” If that woman thinks she was being funny I suggest she curbs her humour when talking to customers and keeps it for her coworkers and the managers.
White, female, bleach blonde hair, wearing a boom mike and a hi-vis jacket with ‘Boffo’ or ‘Boffa’ handwritten on the reverse. I spoke to the manager about it after I paid for the groceries, but Morrisons website provides one with no way of contacting them direct, so this is the only way in which I can draw this to the attention of further up. Here’s one customer who will think twice in future about buying stuff from that store.

Bought steaks at Morrisons at little clacton was very disappointed with the meat cooked as a normal steak but very tough then tryed another even worse took me an hour to eat it I could chew my leather shoe better.used to get good meat but now no good that cow must have been 100 years old.other meat pork and lamb not bad.

shopping through amzon . i ordered always maxi pads count 9 . because of pictures. i ordered from there . and when i received they sent me 10 counts . it's been 3 days now im ask amzon to fix this problem. and they said my collection not updated yet we can't to nothing. i ordered 8 packs and i have to spend 30 pounds to order to buy . first time bad experiences with them . never do shopping with morrisons though amzon . u guys are rubbish

Honestly speaking, seriously the shipping was ridiculously slow and I still haven't received a proper refund. Take your money elsewhere.

Called in the cafe at Morissons, Boundary Rd, St Helens today at 11am. Was told by staff thdy were busy and not doing food orders. The cafe was hslf empty. I only wanted a bacon buttie.

Chris the driver was lovely, kind and helpful. Got everything I ordered.

On the face of it, “Fish Friday” is a great idea, but the range of fish isn’t particularly impressive, with most of the offering being farmed. It would be nice to see a wider selection, although presumably the sales figures don’t justify it.

I do, however, have a radical idea that might actually increase sales:

PUT SOMEONE ON THE FISH COUNTER.

Just a thought.

Three consecutive visits with nobody serving, resulting in three consecutive occasions when I didn’t buy any fish. Then today, the ultimate solution: I abandoned my trolley and left the shop.

Perhaps if there was actually someone there to serve customers, the sales might improve enough to justify stocking a better range of fish.

So how does this work? I buy online, 3 month ago denvor steaks for 2 £9. Today 1 denvor steak £5.79 ? How does that hike in price work?.
I've got this week slot booked. And its my last purchase from this store.. Talking about ripping off Loyal customer's!

Another absolute joke
Placed an order for delivery today
in the order i placed 2 packs of 4 x meat pies and 2 packs of 500 grams of minced steak
they substituted the meat pies for one family size steak pie and the mince for 2 x 250 grams
it's obvious the picking staff have no common sense at all
every home delivery order from Morrisons i have problems
i won't be using them ever again

Not great.
Possibly one of the lower grade supermarkets.
The fruit is often undesirable and not fresh.
The plants and flowers on show are often an utter disgrace in the Norwich (Old Catton) store.
The plants are usually dying or dead.
Not acceptable, do management not see this!

I was asked to contribute to a charity on exiting your store,I replied that I already paid to the charity,and was told rudely that it was for children,a lady next to me said that was you told,I was embarresed,as I pay into my own charities,she was very rude and I felt frightened at her attitude,
I am now afraid to go to the store,in case it happens again,CMcH.

I have had my address and phone number changed in my account and fraudulent orders placed on my account.

Zero stars really not one. I've been ordering morrisons shopping through amazon. The amount of refunds I've had over last 2 weeks. The pork pies I ordered on 28/8/26 were out of date on 29th. The lambs liver I ordered was out of date next day looking rather green. The fruit & veg not much good either, only had 2 days on them all. Won't be shopping with morrisons again. Whoever these pickers are, there utterly useless

They supplied an alternative product that costs £12 more than the one I originally ordered. When I tried to return it, they questioned me extensively and then failed to turn up for the booked collection slot.

The item has now been sitting with us for weeks. They appear to have no intention of following up, having effectively sold a higher‑priced product without even an apology.

Absolutely hopeless service.
