Last week I had an appointment with a doctor at motor medical to complete the DVLA required D2 and D4 forms (Medical and eyesight test) as at the age of 70 my licence has to be renewed and these forms are required so I can retain my C1 and be able to drive my motor home. I have to say I was really impressed, the doctor was great, very efficient, undertook the required medical and eye test required, completed the forms and explained everything. A fantastic professional service that took approx. 20 mins and only cost £47 whereas my own doctor wanted £120. I would totally recommend these people to anyone whether it be for the same service they provided to my your HGV licence. Look them up to see the services they provide, believe me you will be delighted, as I was
