MoveStore were great from start to finish. The virtual tour was an easy way to give them all the details of my flat. Initially they couldn’t accommodate my preferred moving date, but phoned me when they had a cancellation to say they could slot me in. On the day the moving guys were extremely helpful, talking me through everything to make sure I was happy. They took extra care with all my boxes/furniture. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

The team were professional, efficient, and friendly from start to finish. Everything was packed and moved carefully, including large furniture and fragile items. They arrived right on time, worked quickly, and made the whole moving day completely stress-free. Great communication throughout and very fair pricing. A friendly firm with removal men who made it seem like no effort to heave multiple boxes of books and furniture whilst being chatty but non-intrusive. Very helpful at the other end too, ensuring things were where they needed to be. They cheered what should have been an exhausting day! Much appreciated!

From booking to the move itself, everyone we dealt with was great! All very professional and friendly. The process of booking was easy and well explained. On the day they showed up on time and efficiently shifted everything with no breaks or damage to items or house. Honestly, the least stressful part of our move.

I would highly recommend the MoveStore crew for your moving needs. From the very start, they were quick to respond to our initial query for a quote. The ability for them to provide a fixed quote after a video call made it so much more efficient than having to organise a home visit.

MoveStore were brilliant from start to finish. We had quiet a complicated move with last minute changes and they were always helpful and accommodating. The guys who came and moved all the stuff into the new house were particularly great, really friendly and couldn't do enough to help. It was also apparent when watching the guys unload how carefully and safely our stuff was packed into the van which was really reassuring. Thank you and would highly recommend using MoveStore to anyone looking for a removals company in future.

The guys from MoveStore were very professional from start to finish, competitively priced, turned up on time and took great care of everything on moving day. They provided all the materials needed for the move and the optional extras for waiting time & other insurances put me at ease. Mac & Eric were incredibly patient, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them!

Absolutely delighted with the service provided by MoveStore. They were the only stress-free part of the entire house move. The communications and preparation with James and Cameron were excellent, and on the day, the guys Andy, Eric and Ruaridh went above and beyond in all aspects of the move. The moving team was cheerful, respectful and efficient. When they arrived for the packing, we knew we were in good hands. They thought through each process logically and put themselves in the house-mover's shoes. They worked hard, and took care of all the small details that make a difference.
All the team were a real pleasure to spend three days with. Andy, MacKenzie and Ed were especially good, and filled us with confidence. There was not a single breakage or item lost, which is a first for us.

This was the second time I've used MoveStore and the experience was as flawless as the first. Job was booked on short notice but the guys managed to accomodate that and Cameron and Ruaridh on the day did a brilliant, quick job. Highly recommended.
