The guys were very professional and also very friendly, they got straight to work and didnt stop save for lunch. They took great care in making sure everything was done to a high standard. Once everything was j loaded, they went above and beyond to check if we wanted any furniture moved around before leaving. The customer care before and after the move was better than any of their competitors, we were able to ask queries leading up and always had prompt replies to email. Absolutely blows their competition out the water!

We worked with Cameron from MoveStore and he honestly made the whole thing so much easier. He kept us updated, showed up when he said he would, and the team took great care with our things. You could tell they actually cared about doing a good job.

MoveStore did cost a bit more than some of the other quotes we got, probably about 20% more, but felt more professional and had the trust indicators I was looking for. Website was clean, quoting and invoicing were simple, and the whole setup felt trustworthy. For us, paying upfront for a move, trust was a big factor because we didn't want to be paranoid for a no-show or added-stress on moving day.

In the end, we were really glad we chose them. If you want a move that is straightforward and stress free, I would definitely recommend MoveStore.

I had an excellent experience with MoveStore Removals. From the moment I reached out for their services, to the quote and actual moving day they made it so easy, efficient and very kind.
