What struck me most was the way the team, under Eric's impressive leadership, were in equal measure careful and efficient, good-humoured and considerate. Their resourceful energy supported us to make light of a challenging two-day task.

I recently used MoveStore for my Mother-in-Law's house removal, and I wanted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience. From start to finish, the service was excellent, and we were particularly impressed with the two gentlemen who carried out the removal: Eric and Andy.

These two chaps were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, immediately putting us at ease during what can often be a stressful time. Nothing was too much trouble for them – they were so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the move went smoothly. Their calm and professional demeanor was also very reassuring. They were efficient and careful with all of my Mother-in-Law's belongings, and we truly felt like they couldn't do enough for us.

We used Move Store for our office move. They were very professional and patient. Very supportive and flexible when we had an issue with the moving date into our new office. Cameron & James were always available to make changes to our needs until the office move went ahead. Eric & Andy were absolutely brilliant on both occasions, when all of our office furniture went into storage over the Xmas period and then when we moved into our new office in January. Cant praise them enough for their help and would highly recommend them for either an office or house move. Absolutely brilliant.

Having used MoveStore for a long distance move from Dyce to Edinburgh and also used their storage facilities, they were the obvious choice when it came to moving an upright piano from my brother’s property to mine. Andy and Eric collected the piano and delivered it to my flat. They tackled the job very professionally considering the best way to manoeuvre the piano safely into my living room. Once it was in the room, they made sure I was completely happy with where it was situated. Another successful move !

Great service and communication throughout the whole removal process. We had the team pack, dissemble, store and reassemble on delivery and it was a very worthwhile and stress free experience. James, Cameron and the team did a great job facilitating our move and we would definitely recommend them and use them again.

MoveStore was the only company out of 11 I called that took into account my needs on such a short notice. I did the packaging myself, the packaging materials were provided on the same I made the arrangement. On the move day everything was handled with care by a crew of nice gentlemen, there were no accidental damage or items lost in transit. Thank you, guys!

Cameron and his team were excellent throughout. Easy to deal with in terms of contact, personalisation, terms and conditions easy to understand and competitive rates. He was very understanding in what is a very stressful situation and made the move simple and straight forward both in and out of storage. No breakages and packing service, dismantle/build up was excellent. This firm were head and shoulders above the other firms we contacted.

The guys at Move Store were great - really friendly and professional service. They responded quickly to any questions we had, packed all our stuff up really efficiently and were so understanding when our move got a bit delayed. Could not be happier with the way Movestore performed before and during the move. On realisation that the original van which arrived was not big enough, they simply dealt with it and another van and man were made available. The guys were meticulous in packing and loading our belongings and they were super friendly, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend!!
