Professional Service
Cameron was very professional from the off, a video call survey was done of the property and a list of items to be removed was discussed and the requirements at the new property, we received a quote via email the following day and accepted.
Turned up on time and all items were protected and moved in a very efficient manner, we would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

100% I recommend using MoveStore. The move from Edinburgh to Scone was stress-free for me knowing they were in charge of my removal.
From the initial consultation I could tell I was dealing with a confident and professional organisation with a wealth of experience. All of my communications were answered quickly and comprehensively.
They were spot on with the number of boxes and wrapping I would need and they looked after all my fragile and bulky items effortlessly.
They were able to dismantle various beds, tables and dressers without instructions and re-erect quickly at the other end.

Worth every penny
Moving is always stressful but the team at Movestore really helped to reduce that. Cameron makes sure that he understands all your needs and the team on the day led by Eric were lovely, thoughtful, courteous and willing to move things about and to help you get things in the right place. The packing is excellent. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic company
James, Cameron and their crew were stars from the first phone call until completing the move. Very responsive, respectful and extremely hard working. Every little thing was packed carefully, labeled properly. They were very gentle with our items and stayed until all items were put exactly where we requested them and the furniture put back together. Very clean, quiet and friendly crew. Highly recommended I would definitely use them again.

Super helpful and careful with items

The friendly and dedicated staff is what stood out to me. Everyone was professional and yet caring, going the extra mile to pack last-minute items and locking the truck between trips as there was no nearby parking. Plus, the initial estimation was done through a video call on Zoom. The company made my move a lot less stressful and I’m so grateful. Would highly recommend this team.

Went the extra mile
James and Callum are quick, professional, careful and polite. We had lots of problems on the day and they sailed through everything. Absolutely went the extra mile with protecting our furniture and final delivery of our things. Nothing was damaged or broken and I would 100% recommend these guys. Thank you for everything you did and if I ever move again, I’ll let you know! In the meantime, I’ll recommend you to everyone else! Thank you Eric also for coming along to help unload.
