Great experience moving long distance great mive
Great experience moving long distance, quoted over a video call, all very efficient kept us posted what was happening once booked with them. On the day they went around property with us checking what was going what was staying. They laid down floor protectors and took shoes off for going up and down stairs very polite friendly and respectful of property and goods. Moving into property again same care taken with floors etc fast service and put everything where we wanted. Thanks so much took away a big headache for us.

Highly Recommended
MoveStore helped me move house in late February 2024. They were friendly and professional on what was otherwise a stressful day. Not only were they very careful in moving all my possessions at both properties, but they were also very considerate - taking off their shoes without being asked, driving very carefully across town and double-checking I was happy with where everything was put. First class service
I had relatively little experience with removal companies, and of those I had, they'd been accompanied with lots of sucking air through teeth and grumbling.
I heard about MoveStore through via a recommendation from a family member and it blew anything I'd experienced prior out of the water. From start to finish, the experience was professional, speedy and exercised with care. Can wholeheartedly recommend MoveStore and will be making use of them again in the future should the need arise.

So impressed by the professionalism of the MoveStore team from start to finish. Very quick and easy to arrange a video call survey of our old house, got a competitive quote and literally the perfect quantity of packing materials delivered promptly, well in advance of our move.
On the day, the team showed up on time and worked at an impressive pace to clear the boxes and furniture, and everything was very well protected. The team took the time to talk through and plan the complicated/heavy lifts and all went smoothly. Exact same experience at the other end!

I cannot fault the experience of using MoveStore! Despite everything Storm Babet could throw at them, Tee and the team were upbeat throughout the day, even offering a sympathetic ear when I felt a little bit overwhelmed! Thank you and your team so much for your help with my move from Livingston on Saturday, 9th of September 2023. Cameron and his colleagues were just great -efficient, hard working, considerate, very polite and friendly. The job was done on time, completed fully, no damage to the properties or furniture. Your team made me know about the fault in my bed ( which had been assembled previously by another company) and also fixed the defect. I will recommend you, guys, to everyone. Great removals experience
I could not fault the team who helped me move flats, they were very flexible, responsive and helpful. All the removals were done efficiently and with minimal disruption to neighbours and all my items were kept in good condition.
