Perfect
I absolutely love the long sleeve linen shirts. Delivery is always super fast. I ordered one and as soon as it arrived ordered it again in another colour! The quality, colour range and fit is perfect. I wish they made a light grey blue/ baby blue version of the shirt as I would buy it straight away!

Polo shirt
Ordered a polo shirt, the quality of the material is very good and the overall fit is very nice. They also do next day delivery at a very reasonable price, funnily enough that was cheaper than the standard delivery for me. Would definitely buy from here again.

First time that I’ve shopped with N9NE. The site is easy to navigate, I ordered a track suit as a gift for my son’s birthday. Ordering was easy, Item arrived really quick. As it’s a gift it hasn’t been tried on yet, but the sizing looks good. The material of the item is lovely, very good quality, looks lovely and I’m sure my son will love it and I will certainly purchase again from N9NE great service.

We've looked into this and can see that there was a delay on DPD's end at one of their sortation facilities causing your order to be delivered to you two days after the expected delivery date. We can only apologise for this and have refunded your shipping fee as a gesture of goodwill.

Ordered a tracksuit which was shown as delivered over a week ago and still not turnt up. Emailed n9ne and they said they are waiting for courier details and not heard anything back. Taken my money with no clothing delivered.

Apologies for the delay with getting back to you. We've been back and forth with DPD and they have advised us that the driver should not have left your parcel on the door step. Unfortunately your parcel could not be located when the driver went back so we have just made sure to issue a full refund as we never want to leave any of our customers out of pocket.
