If I could I would give it a zero I ordered clothes for my holiday it said delivered but never came I’ve emailed twice since then and yet they still havnt answered absolute joke

Ordered two separate items in two different sizes so i could return the sizes i didn't want. i ended up returning 3 items as i wanted to exchange one for a different colour. i received the refund for two items but yet to receive the exchanged item and it was over a month ago now. emailed multiple times but had no reply

Ordered 3 items for my sons birthday costing over £110 (so not cheap) less than 3weeks before his birthday to allow for delivery in time but sizing is way out. My son is always a S but these clothes are more like L so are too big. His birthday was today so discovered this when he opened them and tried them on but on website ot says I can't return as after 14 days!! and they dont do size XS so I am left with £110 of 3 items useless to me I will definitely not order from N9ne again, this is my first time trying this company not to be repeated! I have never come across such a short return period! As a single mum I can't afford to be £110 out of pocket!
