Hi there,
We've just looked into this and can see that your order was placed Friday evening meaning that your parcel was sent out the next working day which was Monday the 2nd. We can see that this was delivered on Wednesday the 4th being a day late which we can only apologise for. We ensured that this was sent out on time and once your order leaves our hands it is then DPD's responsibility to deliver your parcel on time. As a goodwill gesture we've just made sure to refund your delivery fee for you.

Really good quality clothing
Really good quality clothing, fit has been true to size on everything that I have bought from N9NE from shorts, to jumpers, trousers and T shirts. Prices are starting to creep up a bit now though and I hope they don’t turn into Arne and start overpricing everything as that’s the reason I no longer shop with them. Overall really good experience especially with delivery. Only thing that’s missing is gifting me free delivery for life! ;)

The clothes are of incredible quality and have never had any issues. I've bought at least 15 items or sets from N9NE and have never had a problem. The delivery is fast, and once a tracksuit wasn't sent, it arrived within 24 hours of phoning them. Never had an issue and would highly recommend.

We have just looked into your order and can see that it was fulfilled and delivered on time. We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your items, this order was eligible for our extended Christmas returns period up until the 10th of January entitling you to either a full refund or exchange.
Our £3 returns fee is to generate a digital label allowing you to return your items seamlessly at a reduced rate however we can see that there has not been a return set up on our system by yourself as well as having no record of any emails sent to us.
As goodwill if the items are still unworn we will still honour a return for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure to get in contact with us at n9ne.menswear@gmail.com and we will make sure to assist with arranging this for you.

A tracksuit was ordered for my sons 16th Birthday. Paid for on the 20th October. When it came he wasn't keen on the colour returned requesting an exchange for the black colour same tracksuit same size.

This was returned via royal mail and received. I even paid for the returns lable. I then reached out via their website several times with no resonance. I then emailed to receive a spam looking email to advise the exchange was on its way its now the 24th November no update and no tracksuit for my sons 16th birthday unfortunately. Would never recommend this site to anyone initially the tracksuit came immediately the issue arises at the exchange/ returns

Apologies for the mistake with your return - we're unsure as to why your exchange was not honoured at the time. We can also see that we rectified this mistake and issued a gift card covering the full amount of your item as well as covering the delivery fee allowing you to reorder an item of your choosing.

Joke of a company
Joke of a company. Ordered 22nd September to date (13th October) no delivery. 4 emails sent, no response. Plus also used the contact us on the website. And guess what. No response. I have now put this into the hands of my credit card company to resolve. Avoid at all costs!
Even more hilarious, when I ordered next
day delivery was promised.
Do not waste your money on these clowns.
