The wait was worth it. Amazing adjustable knee brace!

This has been a very positive experience with this company! I purchased the brace that looked very promising and I can see it would help many people. Unfortunately it did not work for me. So I needed to return it.i was expecting a horrible mess in returning it. However I was pleasantly surprised it went smoothly. I cannot say enough about how great they were to deal with! Thank you!

It holds my knee in place very well makes me confident to be able to walk

Waiting for a month and a half for my delivery!!!!! Contacted Neurogena and they said the delivery is not very far from happening. What a joke!!!!

The knee product arrived. I can’t believe that it can’t be loosened. Before I even put it on my knee, I tested the tightening system, and now I can’t loosen it — the only option is to keep tightening it.

I've been struggling to get back running with a meniscus tare. ( avoiding surgery. I've tried many other braces but they have failed sustain any of relief going a longer distance. I've found a winner.

Arrived the other day and put it on straight away cause my back was playing up as usual and within minutes I felt relief immediately and wore it the next day for about an hour same thing happened so yes I’ve tried all sorts over the years costing thousands and for about £50 quid I’m well impressed

It is giving my lower back pressure relief. After a year Iam feeling better with this and started a better diet and Iam very very very happy with the neurogena and the best thing is I recommend this product if you are suffering from lower back pain where you cannot stand or sit. Thank you Neurogena.

Ordered knee brace and was too small ,ordered size ment for me but brace sent out seems like a small sent a number emails and had a response 1 week later that asked about sending back and no reply after multiple emails , very poor service and have been left with a brace I can’t use

They sent to wrong address and stopped responding to emails.
SCAM

The product wasn't right for my body shape, but they have provided me with a fast way for a full refund

I ordered a knee brace on Feb 22. I immediately noticed the shipping address was incorrect and emailed them, asking if they can update it or cancel (so I can re-order). They replied saying they received my order and it will ship soon. They did not acknowledge my issue/question at all. Might be a bot/AI response.

On Feb 23, I received an email saying it has shipped, and shipping info will show in 24-48 hours. After 72 hours, there was no update. I email again asking if it even shipped. 5 days after my last email (7 days since it "shipped), they replied saying it's in transit and shipping info will show in 24-48 hours.

It's been 7 days since it has "shipped" and there's no info, and they never acknowledged my initial issue. I'm pretty sure they just took my money and did nothing. A complaint has already been filed with BBB, and I'll be disputing with my credit card next.

I am very satisfied with the customer service, the delivery, and the overall shopping experience.

Placed an order Feb 14. Had high hopes for this product & on Feb 17 got a message sayings it’s prepping for shipping. Feb 22 got a message saying that the courier was experiencing delays due to weather. It’s March 1 when I’m writing this review & nothing since. Company hasn’t responded & look at the other 1 star reviews & stay the Hell away from this company. If you need a back or knee brace Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE!

Very responsive and try to resolve issues

I got my order 4 days ago and I'm using it after work . 12 hrs standing and moving I work in the kitchen. In the morning I feel great.. I feel relax and no back pain . I love it

The products are very helpfull
