They say it's free but you only get 3 minutes of transcription.

I was initially disappointed by the billing practices of Notta, but its customer service was responsive to my concerns. Its transcription was fast and accurate, in both English and Spanish.

clickbait, says free and then does all the scammy things to get you to sign up, can't stand platforms like this. if you're not free don't say you're free. waste of time

I had a question and got the right answer the very next day and my problem was solved. The Notta platform is great, offers many great features and is very easy to use.

The service itself is great. The free trial gives you loads of hours of transcription. It’s also very accurate and mostly detects different speakers.

I forgot to end my free trial as I’ve been in hospital and wasn’t able to, however their support responded relatively quickly and gave me a full refund. They were very nice and I don’t see how these other reviewers have such a bad experience.

I was automatically charged a renewal and there’s no unsubscribe button???!! Apparently, it’s not easy to unsubscribe and I don’t know where the heck I can remove my payment information since I can no longer see it. It’s a scam.

I have been working on a simple project. As I did not want to waste my time, I looked for software or AI's to turn my YouTube video into text. Thus, I came across Notta.AI. I was already pleased by the simple-looking design. Everything was well-placed, and I had no trouble navigating the website. I did my work and accidentally started the free trial for a subscription. The free trial lasts 3 days, which for some (me included) seems short, but enough to take advantage of and not rip off the company. They do not even HAVE to do a free trial, so I was pleased to have this opportunity. 120 minutes in the free version is more than enough for most. Sadly, I did not cancel my subscription in time, so I paid the money for it. Upon further contact with the support team, I described to them the situation I was in. The replay needed some time (5 days or so) until I got my money. It is not something they HAVE to do because everything was "legitimate," but they still did it, and I am very grateful for it. Many people here think they've been scammed because they didn't get a replay instantly. But take your time, and you will get an answer.

Same as other reviews, fake trial for 3 days and debit your card on the second day. I send tickets and send commentary on their social medias nobody is answering.

Unfortunate because the app is good but they charge without a reason, I would have not buy the yearly plan (because this is too much at one payment and I am a student) but another one and especially with a student discount but they do not seem to care.

Tried to upgrade to business plan. Got 2 transactions but no upgrade. Support doesn't message you back, Beware of this scam company.

Scam company. The 3 day trial is a lie they charge u for whole year !! And if u request for refund, they never reply !!!! Its a useless app!! I have used it just for dew mons and was charged 108$ usd !!!

If good quality of audio, the transcript is also of fairly good quality. Easy to use. Great that they have so many languages included. I am a satisfied customer.

I have no intention of using the services and request a refund of my money.

Extremely aggressive commercial practices. Their free trial works fine, but that do everything they can to take as much money as they can from you.

Run. And find another website.

Reported to the ACCC and my banking institution, they've taken $150!! out of my account that I never authorised. There is also no option for you to delete your account - AVOID these SCAMMERS!

I only used the free version for a couple of transcripts before I was willing to pay for Pro and I have to say, compared to other systems I've tried, I am impressed with the finished results. They are not 100% accurate but I would say a good 95% of it is and it doesn't take long to tweak the parts that aren't, which are often complicated or technical words, names or chemical compounds so that to me is acceptable error.

I have only had to contact them once when a glitch threw out a complete duff in a combination of several different languages and they resolved the issue within 48 hours, including an explanation as to why it had happened (an engineering error) and also added the minutes I'd lost to my monthly quota by way of refund.

I'm very happy with the results, the service and it has helped me massively in my studies and prep.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing the PRO version of this service. The trial/free version provided different functions that were no longer available after purchase. Following communications with their support the options they provided for my issue were basically copy and paste from the online help section. It's taken me several emails for them to understand what I wanted to do and then told me that the functions I'm looking for are not part of this service - but they were there in the free version so I don't understand. They refuse to provide any refund or compensation despite me using less than 3% of my allotted time for the month. For a Japanese company, I'm surprised at the sheer lack of customer service given how humble most people are from this part of the world.

I used the free service and was not really satisified with the results so I thought I would try the paid membership. I literally used 3 minutes of my quota and was really disatisfied with it. Slow, laggy, quite inaccurate, and downloading source files was a pain. I asked for a refund for my YEARLY subscription after using only 3 minutes and they delcined my request and didn't even offer a partial refund. What terrible software coupled with abysmal customer service.
