DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE. Its been over 30 days since I placed my order and am told over and over its still processing but yet I cant cancel the order even though it hasn't shipped yet.

So sad to see everyone has also been scammed. I have also ordered 2 custom necklaces and never to recieve. I wish I saw these reviews first.

Very poor quality, took over 3 weeks to arrive, length only 6 inches and the clasp doesn’t close.

I saw on my tracking that it came from China. We were just ripped off. It didn't even cost 10 bucks through Ali, and I spent 65 here.!!!!!

On July 19th, I purchased a bracelet as a gift for a friend and still haven't received it (I had to buy another one). It's been 26 days, and the last tracking update was on August 3rd. I paid a small protection fee to avoid any problems, but it didn't help.
I contacted support on August 11th, and they promptly replied saying they would look into it. I waited until the 14th for a response, contacted them again, and still haven't received a response or solution to my problem.
I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the store.

Scam do not buy from here. Posed as an American company. Told me my custom order is in high demand.
Not possible.
Won’t refund me so have reported to bank as fraudulent.

Ordered 2 pieces of jewellery on the 17th of July, item was meant to be sent out within 6-10 working days. It’s been over 17 working days and I’m still waiting. Customer service stated that they are very busy and the items I purchased was in high demand hence the delay on shipping. When questioned same response all the time. Still waiting for items.

I ordered 2 pieces in July and STILL there is NOTHING, except BS excuses and lies.
There is NO advice or NO IDEA when the items will be made and or delivered.

I am going to write to ACCC and make formal complaint.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VERY VERY POOR VENDOR.
They ONLY excel at ripping you off !!!

Still no delivery. Contacted my bank and have disputed transaction and charges.

ordered 2 items from the website, 21/7/25 one arrived, still waiting for the other. numerous emails sent, but the response is there very busy at the moment, !!! Not surprised after reading the reviews. obviously answering all the complaints

I ordered 4 pairs of earrings from this company in July. Looked amazing great value for money as the business is closing down. It has taken from the 18/07/25 until today 08/08/25 to arrive. Very poor tracking available. My order arrived in a cheap plastic bag and a battered box. They were supposed to be gold or silver which they are not one pair was supposed to be opal another absolute lie and one pair was meant to be crystal again a lie plastic or maybe resin. Do not buy anything from this scam of a website. My bad for being such an idiot. I don't want anyone else to get ripped off.

Do not buy from this company. Still waiting on jewelry and they said there are no refunds. Wish I had looked at reviews prior to purchasing. Lame that companies do this.....

Very dissapointed with the customer service. Cannot return the goods, even tho it clearly says returns are accepted, hence I've decided to order and see in real life if the jewellery will go with my stack, but unfortunately quality was too poor to wear it.

Item advertised as buy one get one free. Only 1 arrived. Contacted them they asked for my details which is strange since they sent me an email and item sent to my address! They asked for my order number and said they couldn’t do anything without it! Delay tactics! But I persevered and located the order number on one of their emails to me! They then stated that they could not honour the promotion as I had only ordered 1…!!!

I received my order a bracelet with my birthstone on it. For starters it took forever to arrive and when it did the birthstone was nothing like aquamarine which is a very light blue it was a bright blue. I advised the company that I wasn't happy and they said that it was personalised so I couldn't return it. If it wasn't for the fact this company I am sure is Chinese I would contest it but it will be a waste of time. I just want everyone to know this is cheap tat and you should stay clear at all costs.

I purchased a one for one deal (closing down). I only received the ring but not the free bracelet. When clearly the invoice say free . When email, they claim the free item got lost and that is the only item left. Liars! How can you send two item, package arrived intact but only one included. And the supposed missing item which is sold out is still available. The ring is also poorly made. The stones spurn. This company is a big scam!

I ordered a bracelet with two clip on charms. After two weeks there was no shipping info so asked to cancel the order. A lady called Mary advised that the item was custom made and production of my item had started so I could not cancel. Mary must be the only person working in customer service as it seems she contacts everyone.... or there is a full team of people who use the name Mary for the communication. Anyway, I emailed them and advised that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel an order before it's shipped, and you have a right to cancel most online purchases from the moment you place the order up to 14 days after receiving the goods. I also advised that at no point did they take measurements from me for any customisation which is required for custom jewellery. I also advised that I had informed my bank and reported their communication to scamwatch.gov.au and that any attempt to deliver the item would be rejected - within 24 hours I had an email back from the lovely Mary to advise my order was cancelled and the refund processed. I hope this information is helpful to others who are trying to deal with this scam organisation.

I have not yet received my necklace. Which I ordered over 2 weeks ago.
Customer service is none existent.

My jewelry still has not been delivered after more than a month of waiting. They refuse to give me a refund even though I paid for package protection.

Do not be sucked in by this company it promises the earth and all you'll get is tat. Lesson learned.

Do not buy anything! Look at other sites with the same name as-well. Cheap rubbish product. Paper clip birthstone bracelet. Total scam!
