I ordered a necklace and a bracelet when they arrived the bracelet was not like advertised is was small like a child’s not quite chunky like the picture the necklace was ok but again not like the picture. I asked to return the bracelet was offered 20% back and keep bracelet but it was too small for person it was bought for . I was told I would have to return to Australia address I queried this because on the label of the package I received the return address was Crannock not in Australia when queried I was given a load of rubbish from Mary at their customer service .DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING

Unfortunately the clasp is broken so cannot be worn. I e mailed the company who said they would send a replacement. Despite repeated requests, I still don’t have a replacement and have a bracelet I cannot wear !!

I ordered and it states it ships within 7-10 days. I didn't receive for 30+days. I emailed them and they stated they are working on them. However the biggest disappointment is that they state bracelets are 7" but they are 8" so way too big. I have been emailing back and forth hoping they would make it right but they won't. I sent them pictures however I could return however the expense to do that isn't worth it. They are good about responding to emails however won't make it right. They lost a customer!

I ordered a product in July they took my money said the product has been sent but never received.

They robbed me of £70, there customer service is shocking no response and if they do respond it’s after 3 weeks.

So fed up with chasing an order and being told it’s due to address issues! Agree that I seem to only be able to communicate with an automated response!

Won’t bother with them again and frustrated by loads of emails encouraging me to purchase when they can’t send the item I have bought!

Rubbish

Items arrived late for occasion citing been too busy with orders to deliver and international shipping delays. Items really poor quality, overrated and wish I had read these comments before ordering. No after sales service. One necklace to small and asked for support and no one will answer my emails. Keen to be in touch with you when new customer order but that’s it. Not a brand I will buy from again. Disappointing.

AVOID this company at all costs if I could have given minus stars I would have, ordered 2 pieces of jewellery for a special occasion ordered it 5 weeks before I needed it as it says will be delivered within 6-10 days make that 6-10 weeks,so needless to say never arrived in time for the occasion i needed it for, asked for my money back they said items was already posted eventually got items 8 weeks later, do not waste your money buying from them.

Ordered two items and received only one and when you contact customer service you only get an automated response and I’ve waited now 7 weeks for my personalized item and nothing. They don’t respond . I’m giving 2 stars just because I did receive one item of my two.

Horrible junk. Can barely make out the names. Took over a month to receive order. I will never order from this company again.

The size of their bracelet is for a child, very very small. No response when requesting a return. Will have to dispute charge with credit card company. Sad.

Terrible company and massive scam! My partner ordered me a bracelet, accidentally ordered the wrong thing then emailed to cancel and reordered the correct item. Refund for accidental order still not received after a month and when the correct order turned up it’s like plastic crap!!! No response to any emails so have reported to his bank and will have to wait and see if they can get the money back.

I ordered what appeared to be a pretty bracelet from their site, but when it FINALLY arrived, it was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I would find better quality at my local Dollar Tree. I reached out to the company numerous times and of course, have heard nothing. Please save your money and order somewhere else. I'm so disappointed, as I wanted to give my friend a beautiful gift, but this product is too embarrassing to give to her.

Awful company to deal with. Ordered 5 weeks ago and still waiting. Emailed last week asking for them to cancel the order and refund me, but today had a notification that the item has been shipped with estimated delivery in another week. What a joke - stay away

If you have purchased a piece of tat from this company, do not expect it to arrive in a timely manner and correct to what you have ordered.
I ordered something the beginning of July, engraved and it has finally arrived, but with the incorrect name engraved.
The jewellery itself is cheap tat. I wouldn't let my dog wear it on her collar!
I have contacted them, which will take another month for them to respond.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 if I could give it O. Like others on here, I suggest you pay attention to the reviews. My order is still not complete. The bracelet I received is so small I can’t even wear it. It is the size for a child. The company is in Australia and will not refund you until they review the returned merchandise. So maybe in 60 days if they aren’t bankrupt by then.

This was the absolute worst company to buy anything from they did not send it for a whole month I sent 15 messages that I didn’t want item and they just saying they where sending Will never but anything from them again ! Beware awful customer service!

This is a scam . From the ad on insta, it appears to be either AU or NZ based . But they are located in china . The jewellery is not even glass it’s made of plastic ! Do not get carried away by the ads or website & don’t waste your money on them.

No sign of delivery. Tracking info does not update keeps saying it’s been sent off to Royal Mail. Terrible service, going to shop elsewhere
