Ordered Dec. 7th for Christmas, 2 necklaces and Dec. 29th still not arrived. No reply to my email until PayPal got involved and now they say it is 'in transit'. This is a typical Facebook popup business providing photos of items that do not reflect what you will get - IF you get it. I looked further into Facebook and found 4 other 'businesses' selling the very same jewelry! STAY AWAY FROM FACEBOOK COMPANIES

Purchased for a Christmas gift and was disappointed. Very poor quality. The jewelry looked cheap and nothing like what was advertised. When I contacted customer service, I was told there are no returns—only a 25% off coupon for a future purchase. Offering a discount to spend more money after sending a low-quality product is not customer service.

This company does not stand behind its products. Buyer beware.

The bracelet received was not what was advertised. I ordered a ‘ball’ style chain but got linked and the colour has copper tones, definitely looks cheap. The fastener isn’t what was advertised either and is flimsy . Definitely won’t be buying anything else! Don’t waste your money it’s cheap tat at best

Their return policy states you are responsible for return shipping costs. What they don't reveal is that you have to return it to Australia. The cost for a return from the US to Australia is more than the jewelry I purchased.

Ordered 2 necklaces as Christmas gifts. Both arrived and one was wrong. They got the name misspelled. I checked my order to see if I made the mistake and it was not on my end. My initial communication for help with this was positive. However, i quickly realized this was just to make me feel good. After my second communication to Angelie, I realized these are all automated messages and it's now been over a week with no updates and I've reached out since an additional 2 times.

Ordered and paid, never despatched. 3 emails sent, all 2 weeks apart asking for reason why. Every response automated and no resolution to failed order/delivery. Avoid at all costs, this is Chinese scam

This company is misleading people into buying what they claim to be carefully handmade by artisans in their local factory based in Australia. It is in fact a dropshipping company based in China selling junk jewellery for highly elevated prices. The shipping is in line with what you expect for items to be shipped from China

Long shipping time and cheap product! Wore bracelet once and stone fell out. Slow customer service. Do not recommend.

Braclet would fit a 4 year old..asked for refund..advised I have to pay and return to Australia...there return policy does not say this .. braclets were dispatched from Cannock UK.. advised I cannot return where they were dispatched from. Offered 20 per cent of what I have paid and keep bracelets. ..not an option as useless to me. I paid £57.00 offered £10 ..20 per cent approx.. they pocket £47.. SCAM

You should be taken down you are selling crap jewellery for high prices first day I got my jewellery bracelets broke! I knew then it was fake!

Horrible!!! If you live in the US don’t buy from here. It’s been over a month and I have not received my order. Contacted the company multiple times and no response until I told them I was reporting them yet that’s two weeks ago I still have not received the item. Stay away and buy from American companies.

I’m Ordered a pair of earrings which took quite a while to arrive. When I opened the box I was disappointed to see that the curved stem which passes through the ear was left very long so that it was very visible below the decorative part of the earrings. It would also catch constantly on scarves. I emailed the company to request a return but they offered me a “special solution” of choosing another item from the website and all I would have to pay was the postage. No thank you. I will cut the stems myself and put it down to experience. Earrings not worth what I paid so I will never order from them again.

Ugly! If you want to return you have to pay. It literally already looks tarnished!

The quality of the pieces I ordered were poor. One bracelet was tight with a clasp that was very difficult to open whIile the other bracelet was big.(I have an average size wrist).The coloring and materials of the bracelets were subpar. I did get prompt responses to my inquires, but my only choices were a 20% refund or to ship it back to Australia for inspection prior to refund. Both options not ideal.

I ordered a necklace and bracelet, the bracelet arrived an inch smaller than advertised so could not fit onto an adult wrist. I queried for weeks with customer service about a replacement and was told I’d get one, then told I ordered the wrong size, even though I sent picture evidence, then told I can get a replacement if I give them a 5 star trust pilot review … absolutely not. I’ve now got a refund of half price so I’ve ended up paying full price for a necklace when I only wanted the 2 items as the blended prices were acceptable. Would never recommend, wish I checked here first.

Ordered for a daughter…first of all, it wasn’t the same bracelet I ordered. It was a cheap elastic version. Secondly, it broke the moment she put it on. The elastic was stiff and just snapped…sending beads everywhere. Really disappointing considering the cost. Do not do business with this company!

Absolutely horrible. I ordered this for my daughter to wear the first day of her senior year of high school. The item took 6 weeks to arrive! I kept asking to cancel, but they wouldn’t even though they hadn’t shipped it yet. I finally had to open a case with PayPal. After weeks of the run around from this awful company PayPal finally refunded my money. The item finally arrived and it was cheap yellow cr@p jewelry with an orange stone (supposed to be dark red).
