Do not buy from this company! The products are so, so poor in quality and if you try to return you’ll incur shipping fees to South Australia that almost equal your purchase price. They got $107 from me and PayPal sided with them as they did provide a product. Awful, awful experience and terrible quality products.

The Bracelet I ordered was nice in pictures but when I received it, the bracelet is clearly for children and not for an adult, It is very tight fitting, I sent and email to customer service and Mary advised that the bracelet was customized and could not be returned - I advised them that just because an initial was added to the bracelet, how can this be considered customized. I did not want to return it but simply wanted some links added to it. They said that they were not able to do this as it would comprise its integrity!!!!!!!!!!!!

This bracelet was a gift for a special person at work. I definitely look bad in front of my peers for ordering such an EMBARRASSING GIFT!

A terrible buying experience stay away! Can't stress enough what a scam this is. The ring I ordered was supposed to be £100 down to £40.99 because of a closing down sale. When the ring arrived it was in a clear bag and looked so cheap. Definitely not worth the money. This company doesn't answer texts or email either. Keep your money people!

I bought this ring and thought it would last forever, one day I was shopping and it randomly broke in half. I took a picture and sent it to customer support, Mary replied back at first she wanted to issue me a replacement and then she did her "checks" and she refused me a refund and a replacement because she claims that they already sent me 2 replacements. Ordered a "sun fidget ring" for my daughter and the "sun" came off. Asked for a replacement ring and the same thing happened. It's junk. Don't waste your money.

I purchased a necklace, 2 hearts with birthstone in each and engraved kids names. In advertised pics, names were in black and if close enough visible. Necklace in reality is pretty but the engravement is faint and very hard to see. They don’t accept returns of engraved items. Scam and that’s how they get you! Beware!

Zero stars - Waited 4 weeks for delivery with no tracking information provided. Tried to call phone number found on bank statement and it was disconnected. Received bracelet after I reported the site as scam. Bracelet was cheap looking not worth $65 paid. I asked for a refund and was told it wasn't a product they could refund or return because of the birthstone diamond rectangle attached which is removable from bracelet. Will never deal with them again and definitely wouldn't recommend them.

I ordered two necklaces. The chains on the necklace were so cheap - You could do better at Hobby Lobby. When I attempted to return the necklaces - they were very difficult to work with. The only way I could obtain a refund was to ship the necklaces to Australia - which would have costed half the price of the necklaces - and their refund would have not covered the original shipping fees. In other words - I feel scammed.

If I could give a minus star rating I would…. Got a ring for my daughter for Christmas. She’s only worn it occasionally, she’s taken good care of it and it’s already fallen apart…. Stones have fallen out and now the ring has snapped in half! Contact customer services to be told too much time has passed…. Dreadful customer service!

I ordered the birthstone hearts necklace with 4 hearts on it. It is super cute!! I only have a couple of issues with it. The names of my kids on each heart are stamped on, so I'm sure they'll wear off soon, which is okay with me. My biggest complaint is that the photos of this necklace on the site do not show the true gold color. They look to be very close to a true gold color but what i received is the yellowest gold color I've ever seen...for the chain and hearts. Clearly, it's extremely cheap materials that are used for their gold metal products. The stone colors for March are such a pale blue that they almost look clear. That's not now March is displayed on the site. I bought this to layer with a gold necklace that has my 12 grandkids on it. It'll be okay but the colors are definitely not close to the same. The opening of the clasp is very small and the chain links are very little so it's hard to get them connected at times. Overall, it's a decent necklace, but a bit pricey for the quality. I'm hoping it lasts a long time after reading so many bad reviews of pieces breaking, stones falling out and metal color issues.

I received a ring with two extra stones that resembled nothing like my original order. My initial request to change the band from gold to silver was responded to however it went to spam and by the time I found it it was too late so I accepted it. The issues really escalated when I received a ring that was very far off from what I ordered. After emailing the service email multiple times with no response I decided to post a review.

I ordered two necklaces and 2 brackets in December. The package arrived January 6th with only the necklaces and no brackets. I received an email back on January 14th that the two bracelets are out of stock. Two weeks later I requested a refund. Today I received an email saying they could not refund me because all the items were successfully delivered on January 6th even though they confirmed on January 14th that the items were out of stock. I feel like I’m never going to get the bracelets or my money back. Terrible experience!

Absolutely rubbish brought my daughter the anxiety ring ... worn since Christmas day so worn for about 5-6 weeks its turned her finger green and looks like a cheap copper- tin material 100% not Sterling silver .. offered a 30% discount to replace .. avoid at all costs total rip off

I received a ring as a Christmas gift. I wore it and within hours stones had fallen out. I didn’t want to upset the buyer so k contacted Olivia Jewelry directly on Christmas Day with photos of the ring, box and details of the purchaser plus my own details. I got a prompt reply apologising and was told a replacement would be issued at no cost to myself. I was delighted. However fast forward to today and I still haven’t received the replacement. I’ve contacted them again and was told there is no trace of my query so I sent screen shots of the messages and replies sent and received previously. I’m still awaiting a reply and a replacement. I’m disappointed I didn’t have a better experience. Quality, Managing customer expectations and honesty are areas that require attention!
