I placed an order on December 6 for 10 of the same item as a Christmas gift for my staff. When shipping was delayed an additional week, I wrote it off as it being the holidays. My package arrived finally on December 23. When I opened it however, it was missing 4 items from my order. I emailed customer service as that is the ONLY way to contact anyone and even sent a picture of the package to show that the order was incomplete. The correct response would have been "I'm so sorry we screwed up your order, we'll get the remaining items to you right away" but I got nothing of the sort. Instead I got an email that they would "check with allocation". Check for what? I didn't receive what I paid for and it is your responsibility to correct it as quickly as possible. After 2 more emails, I received a reply with a screen shot of a memo to the allocation team telling them to finally send my missing items. I replied thanking them nonetheless and asked for tracking. A week later, still no tracking. After multiple emails again, I finally receive tracking but it shows that the shipment wasn't even sent out till 9 days after they told me it had been sent out. Fast forward to January 20th, 45 days after placing my order and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FULL ORDER. I have sent 10 emails to their customer service and have even now asked for my money back. The website states that they have a 30 day money back guarantee but again, it's been 45 days and I have nothing to show for all of the back and forth. This company is a total rip off. Don't waste your money. I've filed with the BBB and FTC and disputed the charge and the company's response was "we're making every effort to expedite your order". Which is clearly a canned answer and not at all true since I still don't have my order. Save your money, time, energy and stress because this company is a joke.

Terrible experience… DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I ordered on December 7,(the buy two get one free) and immediately canceled, but they kept saying it was already processing so would not cancel the order. I did not receive them until well after Christmas with many emails between asking to please cancel the order. It took almost a month to receive them, and when I tried to return them, it was going to be $157 in shipping costs to ship a 1 pound tiny box back to them! They obviously know this! Terrible!!!

They advertised but one get two free. I ordered weeks ago and finally got the one and nothing extra as advertised. Just the one nothing free.

I rarely leave bad reviews but this is truly awful. My order has been stuck with DHL for 5 days ready to be delivered but nothing changes in the tracking link. I’ve contacted the courier directly to no avail. Yesterday I emailed @oliviajewelryco but they won’t do ANYTHING to see what’s going on with the parcel nor the courier company on their end!! They simply send the tracking number again and DHL contact details (!!!) even though I mentioned in my email I already tried that myself. If it’s been stuck and not updated for days ready to be delivered they need to investigate with their courier and they don’t. Never again. This was a gift for a dear friend in another country who got diagnosed with MS and I am fighting to get her package delivered. Infuriating.

After waiting a month to receive items that shipped from China, they finally arrived and are such poor quality that I’m astounded they have the audacity to sell these trinkets as advertise as quality jewelry. Customer service will not return emails and the order was over $100 with a thirty day return period - hard to do when they won’t reply to allow me to initiate the return. Wish I’d used a credit card so I could dispute these bogus purchases.

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered from this company. I ordered a black silver "Remember who the F you are" bracelet. I ordered it for my 22yo GrandSON. They sent a pink and gold bracelet. Do you your homework. This is NOT a reputable company.

Scam product it’s plastic. It’s crappy it doesn’t expand. It broke when trying to fit onto my 12-year-old finger. The fidget is unable to be used because of where the fidget gem is placed on the ring. I tried to get this returned and nobody would return it they refused. This is a scam. Do not buy it. It should not even be allowed to be a company on the Internet I’m so disappointed in myself.

I fell for the sob story on Facebook saying the company was shutting down. After look at all the lovely pieces of jewellery I ordered 4 different earrings.
It’s really sad that they seem to have been thrown over my back garden (I’ve waiting almost a month to recieve these too) to which they are NOTHING like as stated online.
The pearls are yellow and they look SOO tacky!!

Please don’t be sucked in! They look like a child has made them so not sure how they are still getting good reviews :/

Absolutely junk jewelry, nice website, story and product that they simply don’t have or make. It took over 6 weeks to receive embarrassing junk and didn’t send half the order. No response, don’t make the same mistake I did.
They need to be shut down immediately!

Ordered a ring from this company. Looked pretty and arrived in a nice box with a nice message card. I wore the ring for a few hours and it has snapped in half. Really bad quality! I won’t be ordering from them again. Just want my money back!

I ordered "Be kind ...of a badass" for a good friend weeks before Christmas. For some reason (on Dec 26!) I got "Be kind... of a b****. I don't know if the select buttons were confusing or if I misread the "****"s, but that would be a very different message to my friend. It took several days to get a response and I had to send it back at my own expense. Return shipping costs a more than a third of the purchase - almost $25 USD and was a major hassle. Never again!

I ordered a stress ring for my daughter for a Christmas gift. I’ve never received such a poor item of jewellery from anyone. What an awful quality product. The so called spinning sundial came off as soon as she put the ring on. The product appears to be made of plastic not any kind of metal. I would never order from this company again. Although I had a reply off my first email, requesting a photo of the product I ordered I’ve since heard nothing from them. I very stupidly ordered via a link off social media. Very big mistake on my behalf because after I had ordered, I had seen on the TV not to order via any social media links. I would never order from this company again

I saw these online and loved the " Be Kind" necklaces I ordered 6 for my office mates but when they arrived you could barely see the inscription. I reached out to start a refund and I was sent an address only no label to print. The address to ship them was to Australia, it cost me 73.04 US dollars. I reached out to the company I had the international shipping slip with their address, receipt and order info. I also had the confirmation number from shipping the order with a confirmation of delivery to the address given to me. They insisted that they never arrived to their warehouse even though I had proof, they eventually got the refund for the inferior necklaces but return shipping is not included. I buy everything online and don't mind paying return but had no idea it was international shipping. Analisa in their customer service was very kind, but this ordeal has taken many many emails just to get refunded and in their return policy they don't tell you that it's going to cost a fortune to ship to Australia and if I didn't have all of my proof of delivery I don't think I would have been reimbursed for the necklaces. In their return policies the customer needs to be prepared to pay more than half of the price of the cost of goods. As nice as customer service was I'm still out the 73.00 for USPS and I had read that I had to pay return shipping but international shipping was not posted, unless I missed it. Necklaces were inferior and couldn't be read.

As others have noted, I ordered on 12/3, and 25 days later, I’m still waiting. I believe the racking info provided is male cow excrement.

Read all the reviews and was nervous after ordering. It did take a couple weeks to receive what I ordered but it all came and was what I was expecting. No complaints for those questioning if it's a scam or not. Definitely not and great gifts!

Please CANCEL ASAP if you've placed your order with this company! The customer service was terrible, as I waited 1.5 months for a braclet I ordered for my mother. I ordered the "Gandma"s Garden" braclet and it is a mess. All of the flowers are backwards and one of the flower charms is not in the right spot they added it on the opposite side. The braclet does not close and the quality is horrible. Worse quality than Dollar Tree jewlery. If I could up load a picture of what I recieved I would. Save your money and dont mqke the purchase. ITS A NO FOR ME!!!!

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I ordered 2 necklaces for my daughter on December 1st and now it's Christmas night and I still have not received anything. I demanded tracking information a few days ago, which they sent to me. It had some weird international shipping and then a final USPS tracking number. The products just arrived to the US...with no city/state destination. I went to the post office and gave them the USPS tracking number and before even looking it up, the postal worker said it didn't look legit. Sure enough, after putting it into their system, that number does not exist and is not a USPS tracking number.

I have requested to cancel this order and receive a full refund. They answered me back and stated that I will receive the jewelry by the 27th and until I "get it", I cannot get a refund of any kind. I have ZERO faith that I will receive any package ever. This company is a total fraud. Do not order from them. You've been warned.

I order a christmas gift for my daughter and sister since December 1, 2024 It's December 25th and I still haven't received it. I was so excited, but since I didn't received it on time I have to buy something else. I'm very disappointed about Olivia's Jewelry. I ordered a Be Kind necklace for a close family friend. I initially planned on giving it to her for her mid-year graduation ceremony. However, shipping was slow, so I purchased something else, with the intention of giving it to her when it arrived. It arrived two days ago. The chain on the necklace is so tangled that I haven't even taken it out of the box. If I can get it untangled, the fact remains that I would be embarrassed to give this to anyone, considering the condition it was in upon opening the box. DO NOT order from this company. Adorable concept, but poor customer service. Actually, no customer service. I received no communication whatsoever in regards to my purchase. Total waste.
