I ordered 4 bracelets that say " Remember who the .... you are. I was going to give one to each of my daughters. When I was wrapping the Christmas gifts I discovered that one the boxes was empty. I received 4 boxes but only 3 bracelets. Now I cannot give 3 of them a bracelet because one of my girls would be upset not to recieve the bracelet.

This has been extremely upsetting at Christmas time.

I am definitely unhappy about this.

They do not communicate via email, text, chat, or Website. My gift for my daughter was never received. The company ships all merchandise from CHINA even though they state everything is handmade in Canada or the US.

I ordered 2 rings from them waited a few weeks for the order to arrive. never received them. Contacted customer service and was told that my order was delivered & received!! Scammed me out of my hard earned money 😡

Buyer beware! Order arrived ring is too small a size 5 would fit a 7 year old not at adult!
I asked to return or replace and they said I can return to item to Australia which I have to pay for or can have. 20% refund! The customer service is diabolical appears very automated as if they are in repeat! I then got offered 30% but yet they only refunded £20! I am not looking into taking this further!

BUYER BEWARE. Received my bracelet order and both were tarnished and unwearable which makes them defective, right? I reached out to customer service requesting a return authorization with full refund. They indicated they DO NOT ACCEPT returns and merely offered me a 50% discount on my NEXT PURCHASE. HA! will never order from them again. This company is not reputable.

I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for my order of Christmas presents. No update, no genuine explanation of why it’s delayed except “it’s Christmas season”. Highly doubt all 4 gifts will be here for Christmas. At this point I’m not sure if they’ll get here at all and I’ve been scammed.

Necklace never arrived. According to their online tracking, it would deliver in 3 weeks after ordering (3 weeks!). They are based in the UK and they ship as slowly as possible. Checked the mailbox when it should have delivered and...nothing. We've never had an issue with thieves so figured maybe a neighbor got it accidently and would bring it by. Still nothing. They refused a refund and made tons of excuses. Total scam. I've never had this issue with a non-delivery before; I'm flabbergasted.

The motivational bracelet advertised looks far bigger than the very thin pathetic item in reality.
Returned item to address specified on packaging in the UK. Now customer services saying they can’t issue refund unless returned to Australia- well state that on information with the goods then.

Very cheap junky "jewelry"- advertisement is so over stated. Words on "engraved " beads are so tiny and thin and small bead words are upside down.
Really disappointing. Buyer beware.

Just received a necklace I ordered and it is broken. I sent an email requesting a refund.
I should have researched them first.

How are they allowed to continue selling?? Everyone should chargeback their purchase through your banks to get your money back, if they get too many chargebacks they will lose their ability to collect via Visa and Mastercard

The beaded fidget ring I got for my daughter is beautiful and she absolutely loved it. The problem? It broke within a week of her wearing it. The little ball at the end holding the beads broke off. Then the other one fell off a day later. Customer service was great and replaced it asap BUT it took over a week to get it as it was coming from China (they sent me tracking). This caused quite a bit of trauma to my daughter as she deals with anxiety (hence why I got the ring). The second ring broke within a day of us receiving it. I had to send a picture of both broken rings and got my refund. But no feedback on why such bad quality. Save your money. Sadly this one is not great quality.

A few months ago, I saw an ad for the “Be kind…of a b****” necklace that this website sells. I came to this website and searched for the product. I purchased 3 necklaces with the intent to gift these necklaces to a few friends and loved ones. Unfortunately, Olivia Jewelry sent me 3 “Be kind…of a badass” necklaces. Upon receiving the order, I contacted customer service about the error and requesting an exchange. They asked me to provide photograph evidence. I did. I never even took the necklaces out of their packaging. They are still in perfect condition and unused. Olivia Jewelry’s customer service system then proceeded to tell me that they could not facilitate an exchange. They said that they would only issue a refund if I paid for shipping to return the products to an address in Australia and after they inspected the necklaces, they would determine if a refund should be granted. The cost of shipping to Australia is more than the price of the initial products I purchased. I expressed concern and surprise about this response. No one would help me further. I highly advise that no one supports this terrible company with your business. They do not provide adequate customer service and will try to scam you before granting refunds or facilitating exchanges, even when it is Olivia Jewelry’s fault for the problem in the first place.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered from here on October 18th. Supposed to be delivered in October 31st. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE NECKLACE! I have emailed and they stated I could not get a refund until I receive the product. Yet, the shipping states once it was in the United States it was sent from Texas to VA, and it was supposed to go to KS. Do not order from this company. I am going to turn them into the BBB!!!

I ordered mother daughter necklaces and my daughters clamp broke right away to put on. Then got her the sun ring that fell apart. Requested new chain and ring sent the ring but never a new necklace.

They responded to me quick when I requested a refund or I will make a bad review, they said they could refund me when I received my order. Now I have received my order, it is tacky jewellery you could get from the £1 shop, I requested a refund now thier not replying!!!! Btw it’s a china shop not a small family owned from the uk!!! False advertisement
