What they don’t tell you is that the products are shipped from Australia so a) they take ages to come and b) it’s almost impossible to return them as the shipping exceeds the value of the product. The products are shoddy at best. The ring I bought my daughter broke within 30 minutes of her wearing it. The spinner fell off. Rubbish - avoid.

I've been a customer of olivia jewelry for a while now and although there has been delays with some of my orders the other arrived earlier then expected. I would say leave a good 4-5 days extra for possible delays if you need it by a certain date. the quality is always good and they where happy to replace a faulty ring when i contacted them. overall very happy with my experience

Once I finally received my order 4 weeks later. 2 of the 3 bracelets fell off. Very cheaply made. They had said they would replace them… They lied.

This is the first review of anything I have EVER purchased. It's that bad. I ordered 2 necklaces as gifts.
Both were horribly tangled at the chain, completely unwearable and certainly not gift worthy. The quality was very cheap, the chain is plastic like and customer service was TERRIBLE it's been a huge hassle trying to get a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO.

Looks cute but the bracelet that’s black and says f this sh.. won’t stay tight!! Keeps loosening and coming off. Sad how ppl have to scam for one sale from people but never again. No second sale.

I hesitate to give this one star. Don’t waste your money. The bracelets are cheap and really poor quality. It was a total waste of money. I reached out to customer service and they were very bad. I will not pay to send back to China only for them to say they never got it back. This is a very untrustworthy company !!!

I reached out to customer service, no response. I didn’t realize when I ordered them that it shipped from China. Red flag #1. I started receiving phishing messages stating there was a deliver hold up on my mail asking for more address correction. And extra payment to redeliver. I contacted local USPS they told me it was a huge scam they were dealing with all saying the orders were from China. Coincidence? I think not. Beware. I also looked up similar items on the internet found the same or like items from $5 to $20. Olivia was $50 for same item.
So frustrating

Customer service! I ordered almost a week ago and still no tracking!

Ordered a ring that represents mountains with little jewels embedded in it. The ring arrived with 2 jewels missing. I asked for a replacement, which was despatched. Within the first day of wearing this, a jewel fell out. Poor quality jewellery in my experience.

Worst customer service ever. I realized the deluvery address was wrong, emailed several times asking for cancellation with no response, or inappropriate response. I doubt they read any emails. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a ring and a bracelet, It took weeks until someone finally sent a tracking number for my order and then when I finally got the products, the ring was fine , but the bracelet was 2 sizes too BIG and the stones in the charms had fell out in the bag . I tried several emails to get this corrected or a refund . No one has responded and now I have a bracelet that I cant wear and its damaged. Not happy with this customer.

Still waiting for my purchase. Takes so long so I don’t believe I’ll get it at all.

Rings look fab online but purchased a celtic sisters and a mystery rings. Both very poor quality and look trashy. Mystery ring looks like it comes from a gumball machine or a lucky bag. Very sharp and very small and I have slim fingers.

Tracked the items from postage to delivery - it’s just sent straight from China.
The rope bracelets just fall loose all the time - for the price they’re bad quality.
You can also buy the exact same item on Amazon for 1/3 of the price these charge.
It’s just costume jewellery with a high markup - nothing small business about them apart from buying from shein and re packing.
Wouldn’t re use and wouldn’t recommend

Bought the girl gang rings for my best friend and I. Very cute product. Customer service was amazing, but the ring itself is very poor quality.
The first one broke within a week, I emailed them and they sent a replacement immediately. Shortly after I started wearing the replacement the gold color all wore off and it is now a silver ring instead.
I'd skip ordering from this company in the future.
