As someone who has been conscious about taking care of their skin. I was disappointed to notice the appearance of dry lines. My complexion started to look dull and tired. However, since switching to Omono I have experienced very good . Not only has it reduced the appearance of lines,but it has also made me feel healthier overall. I have even received praises despite not using foundation on some days. Though some people may find it expensive. I believe it is a more affordable alternative to fillers and surgery.

I noticed a remarkable improvement in my skin. My fine lines and wrinkles were significantly reduced. Not only did my face look more youthful but my friends and family have remarked on how much brighter and healthier I appear. Good stuff and I'll put on auto ship to receive the product continuously.

OMONO is a game-changer when it comes to my skincare. I recently purchased their "buy 2 get 1 free" promotion after seeing it on FB, and I was blown away by the results. Not only did it help eliminate my wrinkles and fine lines, but it also gave my skin hydration from within. I have been using it for a few weeks now, and my complexion has never looked better. What also impressed me the most was their exceptional customer support team. They were very responsive to my inquiries, very eager to satisfy, and made sure that I received my order promptly. The shipment was fast (think I got it in 6 days with no problems whatsoever), and the product was well-packaged. All in all, I would highly recommend OMONO to anyone looking for a reliable and effective anti-aging solution. Their product has exceeded my expectations, and their customer support team is really good.

My experience with Omono took place in October of 2022, but I haven't felt comfortable leaving my review until now.

This was, hands down, the worst online buying experience of my life, to the point where I was afraid to shop online for months following this. I was ignored, gaslit, and lied to by multiple Omono representatives, who actually went as far as directly preventing me from getting a refund via PayPal for an unfulfilled order.

I placed my initial order on 10/11/2022. I reached out to Omono after a couple weeks of radio silence to inquire about a ship date, and I was ignored via email, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger. When someone did finally reply, they'd ghost the very next day despite frequent check-ins on my end. I eventually heard back from someone who stated that my first shipment was held up at a post office/customs, and, rather than giving me a tracking link, attached a screenshot from Aftership that had very clearly been doctored to show tracking updates. Upon manually entering the tracking info myself, it showed as an invalid tracking number. I don't believe my order was ever fulfilled despite Omono's claims to the contrary. I was also given a code for a free order that could be redeemed at a later date, but it will go unused as there's no amount of free product that could prompt me to do business with this company again.

Eventually, Omono dispatched a "free replacement order" that did finally show up, and please note that I was told multiple times on their end that this was complimentary. By this point, I had filed a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Omono actually had the audacity to provide PayPal with the REPLACEMENT tracking link -- again, that they said was free -- rather than the bogus tracking info from my original order, effectively barring me from getting my rightly deserved refund.

I finally spoke to someone by the name of James via phone, who said all the right things. He buttered me up by telling me what a lovely and valued customer I was and assured me he'd refund me half my original payment, as I had received the "complimentary" replacement order as promised. I agreed to this as I just wanted to be done with the situation, and as someone with an anxiety disorder this had already taken a massive toll on me. I waited multiple days with no refund, then finally reached back out to PayPal, this time including multiple screenshots where I was told the replacement order was complimentary, as well as giving them the fake tracking information for my original order. They decided in my favor within a couple hours, and I was finally able to walk away from the situation.

I'll also mention that this was my second experience buying from Omono, and I actually did like the product the first time around. Despite this, I ended up gifting the second boxes to a friend, as after the way I was treated I no longer felt comfortable using the product.

It seems I'm not alone in my experience here. Please, read the negative reviews and decide for yourself if this type of treatment is something you're willing to endure for, admittedly, a nice supplement. For me, I've never felt so defeated, ignored, and upset by an ecommerce company in my life. Do with this information what you will, and best of luck.

Edit as a reply to their reply here: No, there were absolutely no attempts whatsoever to deliver my initial package. I work from home, am home all day every day, and I also have exterior security cameras with every clip saved from the past year. I also have a family member who works at my local post office who can back this up. Zero delivery attempts were made, and I won't be gaslit into believing there was. The tracking number provided to me by an Omono rep is EB008390322HK, and I'd encourage anyone reading this to search it on Aftership's website and see what happens. I also reached out to Aftership customer support who verified that this was an invalid tracking number. Also, if I was sent a "free replacement" as you say, why did I end up paying $108, and double this prior to my PayPal escalation? I debated posting this due to how upset I was over this situation, and I knew something like this would happen. Please, just be open and honest here. I can easily prove everything said below is false and will send an entire folder full of proof to Trustpilot if need be. Funny how every other shipment requiring a signature over the past DECADE was delivered to me without issue, and placing the blame on me when I did nothing wrong is hurtful and disgraceful. Had you all been honest from the get-go and told me my order somehow fell through the cracks and thus went unfulfilled, I'd still be a customer of yours.

5 stars for their excellent customer support and 5 more stars for the amazing product. It gives me a skin glow and it feels SO plump and hydrated nowadays. Since the flavour is delicious, it’s so easy to drink, I just can’t stop talking about it and recommending this to my friends!

I’ve read that people like the vanilla taste but personally I stir mine with coffee and creamer and I can’t even tell it’s in there! It has done wonders for my skin and I’m super excited about what can happen with my hair. I love the results I have so far, this will be a staple in my household😊

This is the first time I am using a Japanese-based collagen product and I am very pleased! Exceptional support from their staff Tiana! She took the time to answer any question I had and was also very patient. I always mix the sachet with hot coffee and it doesn't get lumpy compared to other supplements I've used. I haven't tried it on anything cold though but i'm pretty sure it'll work the same. After 2 weeks, I could feel my face tighten and dark circles fading out. I will CERTAINLY be sticking to this !

This is a scam, I purchased Jan 18 and they sent a tracking but stopped Jan 28, until now (Feb 11) I haven't received any package or response to emails and FB messenger. I can send screenshot and emails.

Update: March 6, they refunded me after messaging them both in FB and email numerous times in different dates, I have not received the shipment, they have a different tracking info than what they give you, it does not match. It looks like product coming from China, I though in California as that's the address they claim. I don't know the legitimacy of this but any food product coming from International is a hit and miss as our US Postal check it or confiscate.

I had a very poor experience with this company. I saw the advertisements on Facebook with enthusiastic reviews and decided to give them a go. I placed an order with them on 13/10/2022. I received a confirmation e-mail from Omono, but then never received any shipping informing. After approximately a week with no shipping information I began to reach out through their customer service e-mails. In the end I sent messages to all four e-mail addresses on their site, plus replied to my confirmation e-mail. I also reached out over Facebook and Instagram messages. After receiving no response from any of these I took the matter up with PayPal. This was ten days later, on 23/10/2022. Within two days of lodging the complaint with PayPal Omono representatives got in contact with me saying that they had sent the product but it was stuck in a shipping centre in Australia. I now think this was a lie, as I never received either this or any notification of it. The e-mail stated they would send another shipment of product to me by express post, and additionally gave me a code for a free box for when I finished the product. This time the product actually came through (see review of product below). That was fine, but then when I tried to redeem the free product promised (9/01/2023) I got receipt of an order confirmation and tracking number, but on trying to track the parcel it simply says that the order was never received by the postal company. Once again I tried to reach out to the company (26/01/2023) via multiple e-mail addresses and so far have not heard back from any of them. I now believe this company just exists to scam people out of money and only sends products if you take it up with guarantors such as PayPal. In my opinion they probably offer free product codes to mollify unhappy customers, but then just ignore these orders.

Now, the product itself. Again, very disappointing. I’ve had collagen powders in the past that dissolve completely in water and taste good. This does not. They say vanilla flavour but it both smells and tastes like sawdust with a hint of fish. It’s also very gritty and doesn’t dissolve properly, which makes it difficult to drink. The most palatable way I found was dissolve as best I could in some warm water then mix with fruit juice. Also I notice absolutely no difference in my skin apart from being several months older.

I’m not normally such a negative person, and honestly usually I don’t bother with reviews. However this is just such an obvious scam I don’t want anyone else tricked like I was by all the glowing reviews. I tried to post on their Facebook ads about it being a scam, but it seems they’ve now blocked me from commenting. Anyway, in summary: Avoid.

I did a lot of research before buying this because it definitely isn't cheap. I selected their 60-day course to give it a try, which I felt was a reasonable timeframe to see whether or not it worked. After my first week, I noticed I was waking up feeling fresher and less dull. Now, I'm almost done with the two boxes, my hair seems to be growing faster, and my complexion is moisturized and even has a little shine to it. I like mixing my sachets with hot beverages because it does help them dissolve faster.

I have been using Omono Collagen for about a year now. I have tried several different brands and other skincare supplements but have found myself always coming back to this one. I definitely recommend if this would be your first time purchasing skincare supplements.

Every morning I mix one sachet into honey tea, it has the right amount of collagen, biotin, hydraulic acid, and other great ingredients! I love how my skin looks fresh and moist even when I forget to put on my lotion. Definitely not the cheapest, but it does work the best.

I have been using Omono products for two years. It has helped my skin glow, my nails grow, and has helped my joints as well. I put it in my coffee everyday. It tastes really good and does not upset my stomach like other collagen products. The customer service is excellent too. My package got lost in the mail once and they caught it before I did and sent me a whole new order. I highly recommend this product and it is worth the price.

My new favorite product from Japan! I love it when my money goes to something that actually works.
