My second package just arrived today. As usual, it is well packed and delivered on time. Been using OMONO for 3 months now and I have no complaints. True to their words, my results appeared in 2 weeks after my first use. Nourishing & very good for my skin. Will keep buying!

I am writing another review with the hope that James/Pia will reach out to me again after a second terrible experience. On my first purchase, I resorted to Trustpilot after I exhausted all the means to get a hold of them. Trustpilot was the ONLY way- after few hours of posting my review, Pia emailed me regarding my order. One and only time I received an email from them. 😔

Tbh, I do not have issue with their product. It is actually a really good product. My issue is their costumer service and shipping is a nightmare!!!

This is my second purchase. My first one was as bad as this second one.
I received my 1st purchase after almost 3 months of multiple emails and calls. Out of those countless calls and emails, they only responded once and answered my call once. Promised that they will refund me and send me my order. But never got the refund, which is okay because I finally received my order after 3 months of waiting for the promised refund.

8 weeks since I placed my second order, I know I should’ve learned my lesson but I want you to give them a second chance- which I believe would be the last.
This time I didn’t received tracking details so I have no way of knowing where my order is. I waited for 5 weeks to start calling and emailing.
Emails has no reply up to this date. James answered the phone call once, and reassured me that my order is coming and gave the tracking, which is UNTRACEABLE.
On my call, I used my landline and he asked me that my phone number wasn’t registered in my account. Once they recorded your phone number in their system, it will just go straight to voicemail. If you use a number that’s not registered, there is a high chance they will pick it up- thinking it is a new costumer and they don’t want to lose the business.
I don’t think my calls will ever get answered since both my phone and landline number are registered now.

I also commented on one of their post on instagram bc I was so desperate to get a hold of somebody, but all the comments regarding shipping and them NOT answering emails were deleted.

A big thanks to them for being considerate and helpful with customers like me. I forgot to update my address upon ordering and ended up only noticing after my parcel was delivered to my old condo. It would be a shame to lose the package because I was really looking forward to trying their product out. So I contacted them about it and they were able to contact the courier immediately and have my order delivered to my new address the next day. So understanding even if it was my mistake. Have been using Omono for a month and it works EXACTLY as promised. It rehydrates my skin and I'm feeling like brand new all day round. I have a bunch of other products on my shelf but Omono is by far my favorite.

I love this company. The customer service is excellent! They are approachable and willing to help with any of my concerns. The delivery is amazing - my items are always packed carefully and no delays when it comes to shipping. On top of all this, the product is the best one i have ever used. I've tried other skin supplements before and none gave me any visible results. This works on my skin and body and the taste compliments so well with my coffee. That feeling when you finally find a product that actually works is pretty satisfying to say the least! I've just ordered for the fifth time and will continue to buy!

+5 months in and didn't disappoint.. Very easy to use as it comes in daily sachets... a mild vanilla flavor makes it easy to the mouth... really effective for dry and wrinkly skin. I really enjoy using it. I am definitely going to buy it again.

This collagen is so much better than the other ones that I have used in the past! Although Omono is more costly, I am certainly getting the consistent results that I am paying for! They are making Japanese skincare so accessible, and I am definitely going to recommend to my friends!

This seriously minimized my dark spots and brightened my skin so nicely. I hope you guys bring back the 'buy 2 get 1 free' promotion as ima run out very soon!!

This drink diminished my dark circles and made my pores less visible. It works better than any product I have used. It really allows me to use lighter makeup when going out, and I love that.

Skin glows and continues to improve every day.

Since switching over to Omono two months ago, I have noticed that I have had seriously less breakouts on my skin. My body feels wonderful with fewer lines. It is an absolute positive addition to the rest of my health and beauty routine.

I had terribly dry and rough skin, tried several other supplements but nothing worked until I tried Omono. So happy about how Omono has improved my skin in the simplest way possible. I don’t have to take different products just to get most, if not all of the nutrients needed to transform my skin. It has a sugar and caffeine free formulation which is fantastic! After four months of regularly using it, my dull complexion has brightened up and gained enough moisture. My skin and face look and feel revitalised. What a brilliant product - so happy to have found something that works.

Package arrived in good condition and I got what I ordered. I had a few questions about the Japanese label on the box and what to mix it with and they have really been helpful and explained everything clearly.

The only reason I’m not rating this a zero star is because of the fact that I actually loved the product. After receiving my first package with no issues, the second package (I signed up to their subscription) is now over a month late. It took me a week to get a hold of someone is customer service (no one returns emails or voicemails). A rep by the name of James decided to finally answer and told me everything I wanted to hear. After being so apologetic, he promised he would issue 50% off the late product and would even issue me another 50% my next purchase. I was told that he would email me confirmation of the shipment after speaking to the courier (within a two hour time frame). After 5 days of not hearing back, James called me back, apologizing again and promising that my new shipment will be here within 1-2 days time. It is now 2 days time and there has not been a single email, package, promo code or ANYTHING that was promised.

This company a has made a lot of promises and have not followed through with a single one. It’s virtually impossible to get in touch with them, much less get a truthful answer. This very much feels like a scam and as someone else had mentioned, being ghosted. They left me no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This has been a waste of time and I would AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs.

I am impressed with its quality and the overall service they provide their customers. I take Omono to keep my wrinkles under control and it seems good at that. I can really see the improvements. I should have purchased more when they had the 2+1 offer so I hope you rerun it soon.

Customer service was very enthusiastic when I reached out to them on social media but after getting me to order they ignored my messages and emails. Questions i asked about the products were not answered. After taking almost 2 months I did not see any improvement to my skin, much like the other expensive collagen products I have taken before. Only after I opened a Paypal dispute that they responded to me but of cos they said they needed to deduct the shipping cost but I am pretty sure they do recover their cost price of the products too. Many professionals said that collagen when taken will be broken down into protein molecules in the digestive system and they do not necessary turn into elastin or collagen in the skin. So I now believe it is just marketing gimmick. Not going to try anymore collagen products anymore. Better off taking a good diet.

I'm almost through my second box. It wasn't until a friend I hadn't seen in a few months commented on how my skin was "glowing" that I realized the improvement. When you see yourself all the time, you don't tend to notice improvements, but her reaction was priceless. I'm hooked, and much better than popping supplements.

I’m growing baby hair and shedding less hair. I really haven’t noticed much happening with my skin yet. I’m halfway through the second box so hopefully I will see some difference with my skin.

Edit:I finally for my order, they had a website or email upgrade/issue which was what they said was the reason why no one got back to me sooner. I got my order now and will try it for 3-4 weeks before I can comment on the product.

I did not get my order (600). I ordered and they promised to send it. They sent me a tracking number tbat doesn't work at all. I have emailed numerous times, no response. Posted review here and escalated issue with Paypal.

I love this product! I’ve always trusted Japanese products anyway. I’ve tried so many collagen products here in the US but all of them sucks tbh.
My skin feels smooth and I’ve gotten my old confidence from when I was young! I’m 36yo and my skin feels amazing. I had to continuously use it for at least 3 mos to finally notice but it was well worth it. This is my 2nd order of the 90day trial. I’m half way finished so I’m about to order again.
