Joe responded on their online chat to a query i had about my new policy. My request for clarification through their chat line was quickly responded to and he successfully reassured me that Legal assistance was included in my policy. Good customer service.

So far, have instigated a motor policy with One Direct. Certainly a good price to tempt me away from the company I was with for a few years. I queried, after instigating the policy, how I avail myself of the included breakdown service as I was worried that you might have to book the breakdown service over the internet, as most One Direct services are done online. I used the online chat portal and got straight through to Joe who gave me the required details that there is a 24/7 telephone number to ring in event of breakdown. Worth knowing this and keeping the number in your phone lest you break down in the middle of nowhere! Anyway, thanks Joe for the advice.
