I have NEVER written a review before. That just changed. This company knows they can hold you and your money hostage. Do not believe their 90 day guarantee, don't expect to be able to exchange for a different size which is almost guaranteed to happen. They count on your unwillingness to pay shipping back to CHINA. Always suggest you gift the shoes to someone else. I will gift them to the garbage because that is where they belong. Horrible quality.
They offered me a 15% refund, which I'm sure I'll never get. I'm going to call my credit card company and see if they can reverse the charge based on fraudulent actions by this company. Worth a try.

Do not ever buy from them ever. Zero customer service. They sent me shoes that did not fit and the people in customer service stink.

I was so excited to know that there's another company that makes shoes for feet like mine which are awful. Flat feet, arthritis, pigeon toe and stupid pronated. Unfortunately, I am saddened by this company.
I can't give this company a star at all. They go buy another company called Happy Culture and Arts Media (when they took my money and no shoes) and Scenery Trade company ltd.
They told me to keep the shoes and next time they'll give me 30% off my next pair. Would not give me any address to return them. So tell me how reputable they are

Horrible experience. Does not honor their 100% refund policy. Takes 24 to 48 hours to answer your emails. Shoes did not fit. They don’t look like their pictures. And their craftsmanship and materials are terrible. Shoes are so uncomfortable they are DEFECTIVE. Do not buy from them. Said they were located in USA, but they not. They shipped from China to California. They refused to let me return them to their California location. And their partial only refund cost me over $100.

Bad quality, No 100% Money Back satisfaction guarantee as stated. They sent me a pair of shoes that were physically different sizes. One shoe was a size smaller than the other shoe. They told me they would give me 20% refund and I should give them to someone as a gift. I said I don't know anyone with feet that are one size different and the 20% refund is ridiculous, what about the 100% guarantee? After two email exhanges things have gone quiet. No responses now. I have no refund and a worthless pair of shoes.

Stay away from these shoes. Very poorly made. good luck trying to return them. You have to send back to China. Unbelievable postage. And if you even want do No guarantee they will give you your money back.

I went online to order one pair @ $40 used my MS debit but ms rejected so i then back buttoned erased my debit card info and back in ordered same pair using credit card.

I would give them a minus 5 stars if I could. This company is a total scam. I made a bad decision and purchased 2 pairs of shoes from them. They didn't fit and the quality is very, very poor. I tried to return them. After many email exchanges where they told me to give them to someone as a gift, they finally said they would give me a refund if I returned them to China! Or they would give me a 20% refund and I could keep them. Of course it would be very expensive to return them to China, which they know, so I took the 20% refund and now have 2 pairs of useless shoes. It's a total scam! I should have read the reviews here before I bought.

Bought two pairs of shoes from this terrible company, neither of the shoes fit correctly, they basically fall off my feet when I walk, dont think I got the right size of shoes and have tried to contact customer service 5 times with no reply. The tags on the shoes are in Chinese so I cant even tell what the size is.

I would never buy anything from these people. I purchased two pairs of moccasin type shoes. I received two pairs of canvas shoes. I emailed them and they put me through several contacts with them back and forth and the end result was although they sent the wrong shoes if I wanted to return them I had to pay to send them back to China. Needless to say I did not return the shoes - it would probably cost more than the shoes. I told them that if they did not let me return the shoes at no cost to me that I would write reviews so here we are. Bottom line - stay away from Orthoture shoes. They do not stand behind their so called guarantee!!!

The only reason I gave them a one star was because there wasn’t a 0 stars. Stay away from this company and their products. They do not stand behind their products and will not give you a refund as they advertise. They will beat you down until you accept pennies on the dollar if you want a refund. They add insurance and shipping costs to their orders, that I never authorized. The shoes ran small and the arch support that they advertise is no-existent. This company should be reported to any organization that regulates trade.

There is no arch support in these shoes, so I cannot wear them. When I contacted customer service I asked for my money back. They offered me 20% of my money back, despite their advertisement which I saw on the CNN website that promised satisfaction or money back. What a joke! They want me to mail the shoes back to China if I want a refund. I filed with PayPal to help me get the refund, and I contacted CNN about not advertising this company. It’s just a fly by night scam.

DO NOT BUY! Agree with the other reviews. False advertising. The shoes look cute, but feel like paper, def not suede. They guaranty a full refund but won't honor it. They'll offer 20%..I negotiated for 40%. the other option was to ship back to China! Who is going to do that? Not worth any more time. If they don't fit, you're stuck with them! Fortunately, not too expensive but it's the principal of the matter and still a waste of money. Total scam.

They say leather, that's a joke, must be rat leather. Knitted sneakers are a real joke. They offer you 10% then 20% and will let me keep the shoes. NO THANK YOU. I saw a pair of slip-on walking shoes on weather.com. I checked out the website and thought for $40, they would work for me.

It took one month to get the shoes and once received, I discovered they will not work for me. While walking, even though they are the right size, they push my heel inward and make walking uncomfortable. They look okay but are cheap compared to other shoes of this type.

I wished I had checked the reviews before buying! They will become my truck stop shoes when I fuel in the diesel lanes.
