Took over 6 weeks to arrive. Had no idea it was a Chinese company, would never have ordered if I had. Like all the other reviews, poor quality, don’t fit and now I’m seeing I probably won’t ever get my money back. Their quarantee is worthless. Wish I looked up reviews before I ordered.

I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I bought the shoes from this company. I tried to return them and they offered me a 10% refund! Then went up to 20%. Otherwise I could return them to China and pay the cost! What a scam!!!

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had online! And I do a lot of shopping online. They say they guarantee satisfaction, but they do anything but. And when you give them a good reason for wanting to return the product, they ask you to take pictures of your bag and the product then offer to give you 10% of the cost of the shoe in a refund! They also charge exorbitant shipping fees. Also, I tried to cancel my order within 20 minutes of making it, and they said they had already shipped my order, which is incredibly bogus. I received my order a week later. Do not use this company!

Scamming money grabbers. If you need to return via their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee good luck! They email you low ball offers over days, when you turn them down they send an address in China and even tell you that "you may want to check with post office before sending because shipping is expensive"... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SHISTERS!!

Cheap and over priced. Took 3 weeks to get sneakers. Worth about $10. Disappointed but won’t return because they aren’t worth the cost.

Would love to give it less stars. Please do yourself a favor and do not order shoes from this company. Very hard to deal with and want to string you along if you want refund. Site says you can return but don't tell you you are having to pay postage to China which is almost the cost of the shoes. Very cheaply made and no arch support. Unbearable! If you don't want to pay the high price to return they offer 20% discount which is nothing. And I'm stuck with the shoes I can't wear. Sorry I tried them.

Despite the claim they are "ortho" friendly and "soo comfortable" they are CRAP! They are CHEAPLY made (I won't say by which foreign country), but let's just say the shoes are horrible. Hard as a rock!! And no arch support. And forget returning them. They try and convince you the shoes are so wonderful and how "you" should give them to a family member and they'll refund you 20%- which is nothing. OR you pay for the shipping back to the oversees company. From what I can tell- because they don't tell you, would be more than half of the price of the shoes. I didn't realize I was purchasing these shoes under these conditions. They might as well say "No Returns" Save yourself the trouble and money- move along....

The shoes offer no support for your foot. The insoles are flat with no arch support. The shoe itself is soft and it arrived flat and a little plastic bag. it feels like I’m walking on a bare floor.

One star is not worthy, but we have to select a star to write a review. This site is a scam, don't use it and don't risk putting your credit information. It's an online fraud and you won't be able even to make a complain. Your money would have gone with no trace. I sincerely hope the domain provider to make this domain unavailable. Trump should focus on getting rid of these types of fraudulent out of america

If I could give this company a Zero I would. The shoes they sent (from China!) took forever to get here. They were too big for me and when I asked for a refund, the process was ridiculous. They asked me to photograph everything I received, which I did, and then they said I would have to pay the shipping to China. OR, they would “be happy” to give me a 20% payment. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
