Their shoes were too loose. Orthoture refused to allow me to return them for a refund. Very unsatisfactory! They offered me a 20% refund and said I could keep the shoes and donate them. It's ridiculous in this ageof Online shopping for a manufacturer not to allow a return for a full refund.

Indeed, a total fraud. I have purchased shoes from China before in the $30-$40 range and one can find a quality product. The $40 shoes from Orthoture (which also has other similar web sites) probably have a wholesale price of $3. PayPal should be ashamed of allowing their platform to be used by such a seller. I plan to stop using PayPal in protest.

The linen dress exceeded my expectations! Perfect stitching and arrived 2 days earlier than estimated. Will shop here again!

Scam company. First you are not aware they are not USA base company. Photos & Cost appear good from AD. Then it takes 3 - 4 weeks for product to arrive from China and Tracking is a BIG Joke. Finally arrives is a plastic bag from China & re shipped from California.
Shoes wrong size and poor quality workmanship. They say 100% satisfaction refund. That too is a joke.

4 emails back and forth always an excuse. Send us photos of package lable & product to prove "we" shipped it to you ???? Excuse me ! No packing list in package or return information. Should have realized then it was a Scam company.

Told do NOT return to California address, wait for instructions, they never came only more stalling excuses.
Finally offered 20% refund if I paid shipping. Declined purchase with my CC. Hoping for best. Lesson learned. Buy local or at least in USA

Shoes did not fit and was not able to return as advertised. There is no 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Never buy from this company.

I should have read these reviews before... it would have steered me away.. oh well... the shoes arrived fairly quickly and matched the description... but they were uncomfortable.. and THERE IS NO RETURNING. There is only stalling.

I received what would be considered a sad joke for shoes. The shoes pictured were a vibrant colored suede with a sturdy sole. The shoes received were flimsy fabric, unstructured, unlined and mailed in a small letter-sized tyvek-type envelope from China. Didn't even look like a package, just a letter. I would never have bought such junk. Shoes look as though they cost less than a dollar to manufacture. I have bought inexpensive items before, but never this crummy. I should have just burned the $50. There was no recourse from what I thought was an American company. I tried (four times) contacting The New York Times, but it doesn't care that its advertisers are scam artists.

This company ships out of China & has many extra fees. Be careful use orthofeet site to order inside the United States. Horrible shoes state for feet that need orthotics but not true . Will never order from orthoture again

The company provided a shoe that was 4 sizes greater than my order. The company initially refused to accept a return, but offered a 10% reimbursement, if I provided my CC.

The company later offered a refund IF I paid for the return shipping. They wanted my CC to enact this version of settlement.

Bottom line. I do not feel that I can trust this company to perform to acceptable US commercial standards.

I suggest that you do NOT buy from this company.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my husband. The shoes took forever to arrive and then they didn't fit. There was no label or size on either shoe. I asked for a refund and was given directions to take pictures of the shoes, the label, to measure the shoes and on and on and then to send the shoes back to China which would have cost more than the shoes. This company should be avoided at all costs. 1 star is too many! Do not trust them with your money.

One star is too many! All the bad reviews here are true and I had the same awful experience from January to March. I just wrote a huge review on Yelp including the BBB "F" score and reasons. With the fraud rabbit holes you go down trying to find who they really are. They ARE in China with Colorado and California addresses. You will receive crappy horrible shoes with no refunds unless you mail them back to China. Total scam. These good reviews are likely professional BTW, I'm a copywriter, a good one. They aren't real, I'd bet money on that. Don't get near this supposed company, look up BBB too. I've never written reviews and I'm going to find everywhere I can write one on these crooks.

When I told them I was disappointed in the quality and the fit of the shoes,they sent a email saying they use cheaper packaging to save money and I should understand. They offered 20 % refund. They are a scam

Terrible company!! BEWARE -DONT BUY SHOES FROM THEM!!! Their shoes are awful looking and are flimsy and badly made. They make you return them to China which costs $75 and I doubt would get my money, or they will give me 20% refund. I opted for the refund, but doubt I’ll receive any. Really mad at myself for buying from them🤬🤬🤬🤬

Received wrong size shoes. Company was quick to resolve issues, and send a replacement pair. Shoes are very nice for my husband who has foot issue; comfortable and easy to put on. Appreciated the customer service.

Follow up to my first review. Wrong size sent and to this date, refusal to reply or respond to 4 additional e-mails I sent. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. This place is a total rip off.

This company is the pits. Orthoture shoes do not come the correct size and to return them to China is too costly. They are a complete ripoff, avoid at any cost.
