DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM SITE!!! Products are garbage, fighting with customer service produced no result. I asked for a 100% return of my money and was told to find someone who might fit into the shoes. Don't waste your time! Sizes are not the same as U.S.A. sizes and don't fit.

Glad I came to this site to confirm my suspicions. The pricing of the shoes seemed too good to be true. Sorry that some folks got duped but I'm thankful I dodged a bullet. I hope someone can get that site shut down.

This company is total BS. Don’t shop here, the shoes are garbage held together with what appears to be dental floss… not water proof… no traction on the soles…. Wafer thin garbage… and when you try to get get your money, they give you a hard time, refuse, though their website says satisfaction guranteed…. That is not the case. Don’t waste your money on this…

Will not let me return a product that doesn’t fit and not to mention very poor quality. Do not buy.

They sent me the wrong size shoes and refused to take it back. They blamed it on me that I ordered the wrong size, I showed them the receipt stated clearly that the shoes I ordered is US 8.5 or EUR 41. They sent me shoes size EUR 43 or US 10. They said I should pass it on to someone else. So many nonsense and ridiculous excuses that they should not be in business.

I am extremely disappointed in the way my shoes were shipped. Also, These are not quality shoes. I am having difficulty in returning them and getting a refund.Still wrangling with them and it is still within my 30 days 100% SATISFACTION!

If I could rate less than one star, I would. I ordered a pair of women’s shoes claiming to be great for support and comfort. I failed to research the company so that’s my fault. The shoes have no arch support whatsoever. It’s as though the person in manufacturing completely failed to insert an arch. The company has offered a 20% refund after I turned down a 10% offer. Ship them back would have cost almost as much as the shoes themselves.

This company lists the address as Lafayette Colorado. I wish I had looked for reviews before I ordered. It is a CHINESE company that takes forever to arrive. 3 weeks later the shoes have not arrived and I gather from other reviews they will be poor quality when they do. What a scam.

I ordered 2 pair, they are both a piece of junk, no arch support at all in either, very thin cloth on top, not as advertised at all, like walking on cement, I can’t even wear them, I put both pair in the trash the first week. Lesson learned.

This company is nothing but a Chinese rip-off. I ordered a pair of shoes from them being assured that I could return them. First they were way too big. Good luck at trying to return them. You have to send them an email, there is no straight forward way. After they ignored the first email I sent a second one. I did get a response that was not very intelligible where they asked me to take and send pictures to verify. What, verify that they do not fit, really. I just threw the junk in a box for charity and marked it up to my own stupidity for buying from a junk chinese company.

Zero is more like it. Shoes I ordered are way too wide. “Oliver” wanted photos of shoes and shipping label. I complied. Now they think I should give the shoes to a family member and take their generous 10% refund. Scam - Watch Out!

The description of the shoes does not match the product. I bought a pair because it appeared from marketing description they would meet my needs of bunions, hammer toes and over pronation. The material is poor and the insorles offer NO support. I attempted to return them but they’re are so many hurdles to do that it is not worth my time or expense. Poor buying decision.

I need to return the loafers that I bought. But no one will answer my inquiries. There was no return address on the package. I ordered from Orthoture.com online.

Unlike the photo, the shoes have no support, fit poorly, and have an overpowering toxic smell from the rubber sole.

Don’t waste your money here, you will not be satisfied with your purchase and they will never take a return or make a refund. This seems to be a fake company altogether using several different names and advertising shoes that promote health, but are actually just cheaply made unwearable crap.

Zero stars if possible. Shoes look cute but are unweable - stiff, no support, like walking on cardboard. No return instructions on line, no return instructions responding to number email inquiries over several months We should put huge tariffs on this crooked Chinese company to stop people from mistakenly purchasing them. Buy them and weep!

The shoes arrived after the stated arrival period. They were so small, my foot (a woman's size 7) would not begin to fit in them - much less comfortably. After 3 contacts to them via email, I have still had no response. I will never recommend Orthoture or do business with them again. There is no "customer service" and I feel a fool for trusting them. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.

I'm in the same boat as the other reviews on this site regarding Orthoture. I received the shoes but they were too small (even tho I ordered the size I normally wear). I contacted their customer service email to ask to return the shoes and process a refund. I was asked to send photos of product (why when their records should reflect what I ordered?), received the two options discussed in another negative review listed on Trustpilot, but no return address and no refund. This company is in China and as other experiences I've had with companies from China, America needs to cease allowing them to do business here! This is a SCAM!
