On my second car, I’m pleased with how thing are going, Abdullah was very helpful when I picked up the car

James from claims team & Jamal from A2Z. I was attended to by these two gentleman whilst at the Colindale hub. These are incredibly friendly and exceptional professionals of the highest standard. Their level of service is second to none. I was so stressed up prior to visiting the hub, however, these two gentlemen made me feel much better with their reassurance and warmth. Besides being incredibly polite and friendly. I would recommend these two individuals to anyone seeking help for repairs at the Colindale hub.

I went to Otto car as I am starting Private Hire driving. I can't say enough appreciation about the customer service that I recieved from Ash Nissan and Abdul at Hendon hub. They welcomed me and explained me each and everything I wanted to know. I am so thankful to both of them. I am so glad I came to Otto Car. Wish you guys the best of everything. See you guys soon.

My experience with Otto Car’s PCO rent-to-buy scheme has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I paid all the required fees, including £499.99, but after cancelling the agreement, Otto Car has continued to hold my money for more than three weeks without issuing my refund. Their after-sales service has been very poor.

I was due to collect my PCO vehicle and was initially told that only one tyre needed replacing. They asked if I would be happy to take the car to a garage they recommended the following day, and I agreed. However, when I arrived to collect the vehicle, it was in such poor condition that it was not roadworthy, so I couldn’t even drive it away.

I was promised that someone would call me the next day, but nobody did. I had to call them myself the following afternoon. By then, I had completely lost confidence in the company and decided to cancel because they had failed to keep their promises. I had already signed the agreement and was expected to start paying, yet I still hadn’t received a usable vehicle.

To make matters worse, the day after I cancelled, another member of staff called asking if I was still interested in the same car or whether they could find me another one. It was clear that their internal communication was poor, as they didn’t even know I had already cancelled and requested my refund.

One thing I noticed is that the staff are very friendly and welcoming when you visit the office. Unfortunately, once the paperwork is signed, the customer service changes completely. Getting answers over the phone is frustrating, promises are not kept, and resolving issues is extremely difficult.

If you’re considering Otto Car for a PCO rental or rent-to-buy vehicle, I would strongly recommend thinking twice. My experience has been stressful, disappointing, and I am still waiting for my £499.99 refund after more than two weeks.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Otto Car.

Abdullah was very friendly and helpful with my onboarding. I just hired the vehicle so I can’t say much about how is this rental going to unfold but they seem eager to help, they walk you through and explain the most important aspects and are willing to answer all the questions you have.

I want to use this opportunity to thank Abdul (first point of contact with ottocar) in hammersmith hub, kevin formerly at hackney hub but now at ilford. Ottocar Colindale car repair member and lastly Megha(over and beyond,last impression, customer service) thank you all for being helpful to me.
However,PCN or fine team and account department need to improve on low assimilation and dessemination of informations, rather than just allowing drivers to run into hundreds pounds of debts before forcefully dipping their hands into drivers pocket or threateneing drivers to pay.
Overall, well done ottocar, i will come back next year for another car. cheers. A A GBADEBO.

I have been speaking with Vasant Choudary from the servicing team and his level of professionalism and integrity has been exemplary. It’s been very difficult over the last 12/18 months to get things done with the servicing department but he has been excellent.
