I ordered a nut spanner for a GE…
I ordered a nut spanner for a GE Washing Machine. PartsIPS sent the tool. The tool did not fit the nut properly. I contacted them to send it back and they are charging a 20% restocking fee and minus the shipping and I have to pay for the return shipping even thought it is a bad tool. Look elsewhere for parts and tools.
Wrong part sent
Wrong part sent. No one answered the phone for days and many attempts. Three emails sent for return instructions and finally got return email that said
"We don't have exchange policy, Below is our return policy:
- We retain the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled.
- In order to obtain a refund, prior approval must be given by us. Please obtain a return authorization number.
- Refunds and exchanges are for the cost of product only
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
- We issue refunds generally within 72 hrs of receiving the returned item, once we verify that it is in re-sellable condition.
- We will impose twenty percent (20%) restocking fee on items returned.
STILL didn't get directions to return item. Charged me $12 to ship and $15 wheel that is 1" x 1".

My boyfriend and I ordered a part for our Lg Steam washer front loader. It needs a drum support, or spider arm. We paid for the order by credit card. We have not yet received anything from our purchase and it has been over 3 weeks. The company took the money from our transaction.....Now we are stuck with a washing machine that is still broken and unusable, $120 less in our pocket that they took and piles of clothes still not clean This is ridiculous.Thus company should not be able to do this to people. I hope and pray that bad falls all over them.
NOT a SCAM company
Reviews don’t mean much to me, so I take them with a grain of salt. I don’t know you and you don’t know me, so use your own judgment about my review. My husband, on the other hand, does go by reviews and wanted me to cancel this order because he thought it was a scam company, like most of you. Also, they had the lowest price on the Internet, another reason to think it was too good to be true. Well, I received my dishwasher handle within a few days of ordering! Do your own research and make a phone call to the company you are ordering from. Stay on top of them and the tracking. Good luck!
Terrible customer service
I ordered a part that the system said was in stock on March 9. I got an email that my order had been placed but never got an email that the part was shipped. I called around March 15 and was told it would ship in 10 days. The part never shipped. I emailed them about the order and was sent a bogus UPS tracking number. I called them and was told "Maybe the label hasn't been generated yet. We'll check into and get back with you." Next thing I know, they just up and canceled the order!
Part Never Arrived
Ordered the part needed, and they sent the wrong part. Couldn't get ahold of them for some time, and when I did they claimed to resend the correct part, but it never came.
Avoid these people
Avoid these people. High shipping charges. Customer pays return shipping and 20% restocking fee. Might as well throw your money away.
Two thumbs up!
Despite all the bad reviews here my experience was excellent. The prices were about 40% less than others and my parts were shipped the same day I ordered even though I placed the order at 4:15PM EST. The two parts came from two different warehouses but both arrived two days later.
Ordered hard to find laundry soap last…
Ordered hard to find laundry soap last year bc they had they have the cheapest price. All went well. Came back last week to reorder 8 boxes...and got 8 refrigerator shelves instead! Now they don't answer their phone, and when they emailed back they say I have to pay to send them back...to Washington state (when they came from NY?) Said they will reimburse my shipping cost, but not the original shipping cost included in my return. While I'm super frustrated about receiving the wrong product, I'm hoping that they are just short staffed like the rest of the world and pray I'm not part of a scam...but I will still be calling my credit card company to remedy this situation asap!
This fraudulent company…
This fraudulent company (if you can call it a company) shipped cheap light bulbs that I didn’t order and I found the number they list doesn’t work. The website image of the bulbs was what I ordered, but received different bulbs altogether! Bait and switch! I filed a dispute with my card issuer, filed a BBB complaint and contacted the police department in New Rochelle NY to file a criminal complaint for fraud. For those that got ripped off by these people, do exactly what I did above and put them out of business!!

This is a scam company. The part I ordered arrived broken and the phone number doesn't work. STAY AWAY from this place!
I was hesitant to order, but...
I was hesitant to order from this vendor due to all of the negative reviews, but I needed an ice bucket for my refrigerator and whirlpool wanted 2x the cost compared to Parts IPS. I got exactly the part I needed, and it arrived via UPS 2 days after placing the order. It seems like the negative reviews here mainly have to do with return situations. If you are certain on what part you need, I'd definitely order from this vendor again.
I SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS
I placed an online order and within 4 hours i realized i didnt need the parts. I called them to cancel but was instructed to email the order desk and cancel that way. Was told id receive a confirmation email. A confim of what exactly? That you got it or of the cancel? The cancel i was told. I called back half hour later to check and they said id receive an email that it was cancelled. Well that didnt happen and received an email 24 hours later that it couldn't be cancelled and here's your tracking #. They wont respond to emails and Visa wont dispute the charge as PARTSIP site says its "at their discretion to cancel an order" do not order from these scammers
Fast service and great price!
They had the parts I was looking for and I took a chance and ordered before I read the reviews. As it turns out I couldn’t disagree more with the negative reviews! I had the parts in my hands (exactly as advertised) for a great price and in two days! I can’t speak for everyone but my experience was great!
Avoid these guys
Like everyone else, I ordered from the cheapest price seller online and regret it! I needed to RMA my order, so I checked the website for a form. Nothing, so I emailed. No response. Tried calling half a dozen times over a week - nobody answers the phone and there isn't any voicemail. Just frustration and lost cash for my efforts.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Wrong parts sent, made numerous phone calls and emails and no answer, finally got a hold of someone by phone. I was told to contact them through email - but I had already done that numerous times and no response. Simple: stay away fro this business.

Added on: I did receive a part after I'd bought the part locally after they told me it would be 10 days before the part would ship. Asked for a RMA (phone & email) to send it back, got no response, so I paid $15 to Return to Send. Now I get an email that said to get a refund I needed to ship back on a RMA (which they wouldn't give me). They also sent this policy statement - We retain the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled.

reviews are true! DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! I made an online purchase of a part they yes was in stocks. I paid extra to get it shipped quickly, only to get a email that said it would ship in 21 days. Tried to cancel thru email 10 minutes after ordering it. Got no response. Called 15 to 20 times the next morning to cancel. Finally got someone to answer, said I could only cancel thru another email. Within minutes of me sending cancelation email they sent an email saying they couldn't cancel because the part had shipped. Also sent a ups tracking (a stall tactic). Shows up in UPS, never tracks. I just experienced all the same things stated in the other reviews. File a dispute with credit card company. Take a hard look at the few positive reviews, they appear to be phony.

ALL HAD BALANCING MAGNETS (1 HAD 2 SETS) THAT HAD BEEN PAINTED OVER. ONE LOOKED LIKE IT WAS A RETURN BECAUSE OF THE WAY IS WAS PACKED. IT ALSO HAD TWO ANOMOLIES. I WANTED TO EXCHANGE THEM NOW JUST WANT TO RETURN THEM. I WILL BUY THEM ELSEWHERE. I HAD CALLED 10+ TIMES BUT NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I SENT 2 EMAILS WITH NO REPLYS. I NOW HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY GET A PULSE FROM SOMEONE IN THIS COMPANY. GETTING READY TO BLAST THEM ON OUR LAND ROVER FORUM NEXT AND ANY OTHER SITE I CAN FIND TO POST A REVIEW TO MAKE SURE NO ONE EVER BUYS FROM THEM AGAIN.
