Absolutely the worse company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
I am still waiting for my refund on a returned part 3 MONTHS after an in-person return. I reach out every 2 weeks on the phone and am told each time that the returns team will get back to me, yet they never do.

Avoid AT ALL COSTS. It's a scam.

I purchased a replacement LG Dryer Drive Motor Assembly (4681EL1008A) from Parts of Canada Ltd. after the original motor failed. The replacement motor was very well built and fit perfectly, just like the original OEM version. Installation was straightforward and everything lined up exactly as it should.

Since replacing the drive motor, the dryer has been running great and working just like it did before the original motor failed. I’m very happy with the quality of the part and my purchase overall.

Ordered a part on their website. Got a call next day claiming there was an unknown tarrif that I would have to agree to pay. They said anywhere from 20-50% of the cost. Cancelled order and still haven't received a refund. Their phone # doesnt work and emails to them are getting kicked back. BEWARE

Do not buy from them it is a fraud if they send you a wrong part
They do not akcnowlege the mistake.
After months of insisting I was given a return number and sent the part back
Now they say they cant refund 1 sealed but the other unsealed ( how can I asses the part is correct without opening)
But even with the part they do not do the refund.
They have the money the parts and I paid import rights and postage back.
Stay away from then.

The outcome is that I am left with an unusable item and no refund. Based on this experience, I would advise caution when purchasing, as resolving issues with incorrect or misleading products appears to be difficult.

Stay away from this company—it's terrible.
The order I received is completely different from the online description! The model number on their website matched the one I bought from another store before, but the model they shipped is entirely different from the picture. The burner is about one centimeter smaller, and the power connection is different too—it simply won't fit. I immediately contacted the seller. An automated reply instructed me to report the incorrect part on their website. After submitting the form, someone reached out asking for photos and the model number. I provided everything as requested, but now weeks have passed. I've sent several emails with no response whatsoever. Stay away from this company—it's terrible.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a part based on the fact that it said on their website it would fit with my oven. It did not. I followed their instructions to return and have been getting the run around for well over a month. They are a joke and I would not run the risk of buying from them
