I have wanted to write this review for a while. This company/product are outstanding and amazing 👏
I purchased the Patlock for my patio door and it was brilliant!! until the children accidentally lost one-side of the lock. I called the company and explained all. I was expecting to have to purchase a new 🔐. They sent me a brand complete set for free. I was so happy 😊 l felt like crying because money is tight but l needed the lock. Thank you, for such a kind gesture you are amazing!!! Sorry it took a while to write this review.
