I found this place through an online…
I found this place through an online search for motorbike insurance.
As I'm busy working on several projects at the moment the bike is likely to be used very little in the near future. So I was looking for cheap cover in case the bike is stollen from my garage rather than away from home or being damaged in a road accident.
I have left a 3 star rating as I haven't had need to make a claim so I have no idea how good they will be in the event that I need to.
I knocked a star off for the amount of times they have contacted me begging me to rate them and blow smoke up them.
They shot themselves in the foot there!
I cannot leave any comment about the level of service or the staff as the whole transaction was done online and at no point have I spoken too or dealt with another human.

Difficult to deal with. Poor website.
I placed insurance business with them online. Stupid questions came back and it was not easy to communicate the info they required.
We got there in the end but it didn't need to be this difficult.

Peter Best Insurance were the cheapest for everything I wanted for my motorhome, without cutting any corners. In fact, it's cheaper than the last few years and I've got more.
The young lady who dealt with me, Molly Francis, was lovely, she answered all my questions and was ever so polite.

This is now my second year as a customer. I have had no problems with the company as such, but I chose the 'automatic renewal' option last year for my classic car's insurance. Therefore I wonder why it was deemed necessary to send me three written reminders to renew this insurance, including one dated the same day as the payment was taken from my bank account!

Poor experience…
Whilst seeking classic car insurance quotes, one company suggested that I add on public liability cover for when I attend car shows, something I've never been asked to consider before.
When I subsequently contacted Peter Best for a quote, I enquired about this extra cover and was told that it was included in the policy we were discussing, on this basis, I took out the policy.
Having paid the premium and received my policy documents, I couldn't find any reference to public liability cover.
I emailed the company querying this and was told and it wasn't included. I pointed out how frustrating this was ( I should have stayed with the first company) but have had no further follow up from Peter Best.
This is first time in forty years of classic car ownership that I've had a problem like this.
