Great customer service
Great customer service. I have just bought some insurance for my dog and the lady I spoke to was very pleasant and explained everything really well as I had a few queries. I got through very quickly too so not much waiting on the phone. I also used the online chat and that was also very good. My problem was sorted quickly and efficiently.

Excellent so far
We had a bad experience with our previous insurance so moving was a must. Petgevity insured our dog with an existing condition and has paid out every time we have submitted anything.

Great service, and value.
Easy to use and have been great with our puppers medications, we were expecting a huge increase in our renewal and it really wasn't as much as we anticipated. Claims are processed quickly and withut any hassle.
