Rescheduled. Flu vaccine through the booking platform, got confirmation email but when I turned up I was not on the list, they had printed off the list and I was not showing - I had rescheduled on the day. They then said they could add me to a new list and I would be seen, I had to wait 45 mins for the appt. Shambles, who works off printed lists these days. Will never use again.

Booked a flue jab appointment on the 30th of September in Wembley Asda HA9 well in advance , took half a day off. Arrived to find that they are not doing vaccinations . No apology, just was told that the system went down and I can rebook .

After ordering I saw all those negative reviews on here and was genuinely worried if I made a mistake. But honestly the review of my request was done the next day and I received my order on the first day of the delivery window given. Also I was definitely not paid to write this :D

Went for a flu vaccination. I was kept waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment time and was then taken into a 'consultation room' which was nothing more than a tiny cupboard with a dirty sink in the corner and boxes of medication on every available surface including the floor. Pharmacist put anti bac on his hands and then proceeded to touch the computer keyboard, drawers and boxes of medication. After injection, instead of putting a plaster or cotton wool where he had injected, he rubbed it with his hand. One week on, and I have just been to my GP as I have severe pain in my arm from the injection, and was told I have nerve damage and it could last weeks. Would not recommend Asda Pharmacy for your flu vaccination!

ASDA Pharmacy - Maidstone road. VERY POOR service. Gave ample time for the doctor to sign off my repeat represcription (3 days) and the pharmacy to get ready (4 days). all done eform. Still not ready. Asked to wait while they process. Told them I will come next day as they were about to take lunch break and I was asked to come back after lunch break. After 2 days, still not ready. still processing. Asked a member of staff why the delay. Was told "a high level of staff turn over" It was obvious as new faces evey week, even the phamacist were locums.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to!

the lady at the counter refused to give me my medication because it was her lunch break despite having them in her hand. I explained how i cannot go a day without taking my medication as i will become very unwell and she just shrugged her shoulders! i left upset and have made a formal complaint! This was the 2nd time i had come back anyway as the first time they were not ready! awful service and should be shut down to be honest

ASDA Pharmacy price gouges on Co-codamol up to 300 percent, compared to local pharmacy pricing and refuse to refund after they have gouged, because its medicines. Nice little earner.

Avoid like the plague.

I had a flu jab today, and although the pharmacist was very nice and really gentle, the actual room it was done in was so dirty, small fruit flies buzzing around, dust on the walls where the plug sockets are,(which is eye level when sat down) . Generally quite dirty and dusty, not what you want to see in a medical place that should be spotless .

Visited Sutton In Ashfield pharmacy this evening fantastic quick and efficient service by Stuart customer service at it’s best!

Never received bad customer service in my lifetime as bad as Barnsley Asda pharmacy not one member of staff is polite there’s no manners no Thankyou at all Dosent cost much to have manners all the staff look so miserable faces giving dirty looks giving them buisness and they treat you with no respect
The woman what served me tonight giving me dirty looks made me feel uncomfortable wanted me to wait three days for heart tablets it’s a joke they want to look after their customers we keep them in jobs

everytime I go to pick up a prescription its never ready, and then today I was told come back after 1pm as they are going on break at 12.30pm and its not ready now, and the poor Chinese girl on the counter struggling with English has to tell the customers its not ready, while all the English girls are stood there chatting, asda Warrington pharmacy is a joke.

If I could give them no stars I would. Terrible customer service, never answer the phone, rude, get prescriptions wrong, do not go there unless you have time to wait and don't mind if they get it wrong.

Third time travelling to pick up my prescription, first time said the pharmacist was on their break so unable to help asked to come back later. Came back an hour later told they didn't have the item in stock and to return tomorrow. Ive come back tomorrow at a different time and they have the prescription but unable to issue it as the pharmacist is away on their break. Absolutely lousy service and a complete waste of time. I shan't be using them again.

I placed an order on 16th August and have still not received it. I have waited patiently and I still don’t have an answer. Also their must be a problem with their IT as I can’t even message them now! Totally unsatisfactory service.

Contacted this pharmacy on a Sunday morning with concerns over a 111 emergency prescription. Spoke with Sally and I could not be more complimentary with the service I received. She was courteous, highly professional and swift in her response to my worries, spoke with the pharmacist immediately and then put in place a plan of action which helped me enormously. If I could award her more than a 5 star rating I would. Thank you Sally for all your help. It was so appreciated. Kind regards. Annette.

Went to pharmacy and there was no other person in front of me, checked medication was in stock, came back and said yes in stock be ready in 40 minutes !! Staff were just standing in the back chatting

When ordering medication they advise orders take 2-3 days, then you get an email saying its taking up to 8 days. Finally you get an email to say delivery will be within a 5 day window and you must stay in for this entire period because if you miss it then the item is returned to the pharmacy and you lose your £185!! Their phones are ni longer manned and so all communication is via email which takes several days to respond to. I have since swapped to Ashcroft pharmacy, who process and deliver within 24 hours, quoting a 2 hour window when you need to be available. They answer the phones and care about the customers. I have been discussing the Asda experience with friends and work colleagues and we all have had the same appalling experience of them!

Collecting Prescriptions.
Several times I have gone to ASDA in Holles Street in Grimsby. It is either they haven't received the prescription from the GP, or not in stock. When it does arrive later (nearly a week on their system), it takes at least 2 hours before the medication is ready to pick up. This is getting beyond the joke and needs a review on the digital system and their way of organisation of making up the packages of meds for collection. There also needs a deputy chief pharmacist there, that can review the meds collected and signed off to get through the amount of scripts quicker. Though moving to someone else to get my meds in the future and collecting my script and hand over. The digital system is a joke in addition to this debacle.
