Have been to the Asda pharmacy at Trafford park manchester today. What a terrible experience. I spoke to a very arrogant asian woman she really things she is important or something so extremely arrogant she refused to sell me canesten over the counter cream saying not suitable for my symptoms! I spoke to the GP before and he told me i should buy it i had itching when i told her that she said it's up to me it's my decision. Will never go there again now i understand why all these negative reviews everywhere

My doctor said my prescription was ready to collect after 3pm on Monday (Asda handsworth), so I went to collect it after 3pm. No staff at the counter, hiding in the back. When I asked for my prescription (Mounjaro) she said they ran out over the weekend, I was annoyed but understood as there’s a national shortage. Got a call today (Wednesday morning) saying that the mounjaro is now in stock and I can collect my prescription. When I got there the staff said it was out of stock and they don’t have it. Made them look in the back as I had already paid for it and got the call in the morning. Was given the prescription with the sticker showing it was ready on 16th August. So when I went to go collect it on Monday it was already there in my name sat in the back but they told me no. Frustrating as they would have sent me away again had I not made them look again. I would expect the staff to know where to look if a prescription is ready. Annoyed I had to go twice to be told the same thing.

I visited the Rugby Asda pharmacy today and received excellent treatment. I had a wasp sting which has casued my hand and fingers to become red, hot and swollen. I have a history of this happening and the pharmacist gave me antibiotics after a consultation. I did not have to wait long and I am very grateful to him for his help. Thank you.

Asda Pharmacy has been extremely unreliable and unprofessional with my Mounjaro 5mg order. I was told I could collect it from Wembley on 18th August after 3pm, but after travelling 45 minutes each way, the medication wasn’t there and I had no update whatsoever. Now they say it will come by courier, yet I’ve been given no tracking number, no courier details, and none of my messages are answered.

This is not a trustworthy service – the communication is non-existent, and customers are left completely in the dark. I regret switching to Asda and strongly advise others to avoid making the same mistake.

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. Due to a misunderstanding of my name, I was wrongly accused of being rude and subsequently banned from the pharmacy. Additionally, a tablet sent in at the end of July from my GP is lost , and I was told it was sent back to a location called “Spine,” which I cannot locate. The staff’s lack of clarity and professionalism has left me quite frustrated. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this pharmacy.

Having regrettably used Asda Pharmacy in Newton abbot for many years , I have come to the end of my patience, which is a shame . Firstly a repeat prescription used to take up to 3 days to complete now you have to give 7 days sometimes I give it an extra day like today .
I don’t mind queueing as long as you get service and medication, but I do object when only part of order is there and are told , to come back in again later. It’s a joke!
I don’t like doing any bad reviews for anyone , but enough is enough.
I’ve had the same prescription for 15yrs
One time I called in early after just 3days just by chance while doing shopping in the food store it was a shock it was ready . the same person who I saw today said at this particular time . You will do a good review , I nearly said at the time I could have done a bad review for every other time . I am now going to put in request to change pharmacy .

Asda Thornaby, already dreadful, is now appalling, seriously under staffed, doesn't open until 9, fair enough, it's open until 8pm, so you go back 4.45pm when you've finished work, to find they're closed until 5, you wander around the store for 15 minutes then go back at 5 to a que 10 people deep and one lady serving. Seriously pathetic. Am changing to any other local pharmacy from now on. It's an absolute chew on when you need medication and are a full time worker. Would give zero stars if possible.

Doesn’t allow me to. Awful service, awful staff, 2 hour wait for an urgent script. They have the urgency of sloths and in my 2 hour wait they closed for a second lunch break? Avoid at all
Costs even if your leg is hanging off it’s really not worth it. Utterly beyond inept. Close it down immediately. You are better of walking down the M4 to the hospital you would get a better service

I’d give a -20 if possible. I purchased an item which was £122.63 when delivered the items was missing. Asda plain blank refused to acknowledge this I’m now £122.63 out of pocket.

I visited the Handsworth road Asda Pharmacy in Sheffield. To take my prescription for IVF medication. The store is out of my way bust ASDA advertise a promise that they will supply this very expensive medication at cost because they believe no one should profit from someone going through this treatment.
When I got there I waited in the queue for around 15 minutes, 1 person serving but more sat out back - you could here them talking. They took my prescription then came back empty handed and said they didn't have it. That's fine so I asked them to order it. I was told a flat out no. No explanation just "we aren't ordering in for you go somewhere else". And I was sent away.

How dare ASDA advertise something so valuable to very vulnerable customers then refuse to engage with customers. It's like they just want to entice you in to buy other things. They promised a price then refused to sell or supply. Shameful.

I went to Boots Pharmacy and had no issue, didn't get a cost but would rather pat more for good service. If there was a 0 star option for ASDA I would have given that.

Gloucester Asda is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They don’t open when they say they will. 15 minutes late opening after dinner break and then they saunter back, so slow, no apology. Then the pharmacist isn’t available and so they can’t give out any prescriptions. Queue of 15 people waiting and one person serving who doesn’t see to be able to do anything as there isn’t a pharmacist. No customer service, no organisation, rude. Awful.

Worst ever pharmacy. Poor customer service and complected. Never again to deal with asda pharmacy. They keep my medicines in hold as they need some evidence, and i sent the evidence they asked for. Then they cancelled my order. I needed this medicines I could have heart attack or stroke with out it. They are Unethical

Worst customer service ever. Waited ages in the que and on three occasions was told the meds were not delivered. Very poor staff.
Solution . Sack the lot of them and get a new team.
Three people stacking shelves and one miserable woman serving on the counter.
I had to laugh when they had a sign up at the entrance saying that abuse to staff would not be tolerated. Maybe get some efficient staff in then.

Avoid at all cost !! Warrington pharmacy have to wait 30 min before you even get acknowledgement!!

If only there were 0 stars as an option, only pharmacy open, on weekend that closes for an hour for lunch whilst people queue waiting for out of hours prescriptions- it’s ok though as there is someone stocking up the shelves which appears to be a bigger priority than serving those who are ill - Caerphilly store

Just data gathering. Got replies from 4 'Indian' doctors always asking for more information. More photos with tighter clothing etc. All sorts on marketing calls started. Probably sold all details. Only email contact Sinister

Went to ASDA pharmacy for weight loss jabs as I’m getting a bit too porky. Communication was dreadful, the portal was pretty useless and it all ended up a big waste of time. I’m still fat!

Well seen the 2 that bought over Asda don’t read the reviews but are quick to take money from you, service is absolutely shocking, standards are lower than they have ever been, staff are totally uninterested in any sort of customer service & the pharmacy service has got to be the worse in this country. Parkhead Glasgow store really needs to be closed down & reopened but someone else that is willing to put a bit of effort into it. Thank hod for Aldi & Lidl.

Told my prescription was ready Friday 3pm
Went to pick it up Saturday 4pm
After waiting for 20 minutes was asked to come back later as it wasn't ready!!!

What a joke outfit…. Nothing is ever ready on time, they let ques build up and up, people disgruntled but they don’t care. Pharmacist is rude and useless at managing a store, he needs replacing. Shut and have their breaks at the busiest periods when people need to call in on their lunch break or after work. They either don’t have all your items or never have it made up on time, it’s a joke. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different pharmacy to use!
