Ordered just over three weeks ago and still no delivery. Mistaking claim delivered from Birmingham thought could be good. Sent many reminders and received some reassuring emails. Now nothing and no reply from their contact number. Horrified to realise complete scam. Horrified!!

Absolute Nightmare!
I ordered x2 air conditioners end of June. I was under the impression these would be with me in 48hrs (stated on website). I sent a number of emails with no response. Two weeks later received email that my orders out of stock. I was offered a replacement. This was a air cooler. I emailed back asking for a refund. The response, my orders been shipped email ignoring my refund request. This when I found out the company’s in China. I emailed them again no response. Tracking information did not work.

I purchased via Klana and raised a dispute/investigation. I have received a full refund.

Ordered a fan which said delivery within 24 hrs and it’s been 3 weeks but no update on delivery or product

Wrote to customer care as well but no response since 5 days

Looks like a scam

SCAM do not use, they take your money and you receive nothing, not even worth one star, must be scamming thousands of people and living off peoples hard earned money from people that work.

AVOID! These people are nothing short of disgusting and dishonest. Give the appearance of being a UK Company. Everything looks legitimate. Then no goods arrive. Emails returned. Then the page does not exist for tracking. Disgusting.
Update.
I have reported to Action Fraud. It takes a while, but you do speak to a person and they are very helpful. It’s well worth reporting. These people need stopping.

I wish I had read other reviews begore purchasing. Made three orders with this company within two days for air con units. The first two arrived but were cheap upright fans not air con units as claimed on the web site and the third just hasnt turned up at all. In total paid about £250 and received goods worth about £20. The firm are untrustworth and unreliable and just stop replying if you complain.

Avoid at all costs this company is a rip off says on the site uk dispatch from Birmingham give you a tracking number and on the day the delivery is due ( wait for 6 weeks when it states posted straight away ) the website goes down . This company is a total rip off no communications and all the contact information they give is no correct and you don’t get any help from them . Hopefully I can get my money back from these fraudulent people

Delivery within 5-6 working days was advertised. I waited for 26 days but my order did not come.

I placed an order on the 10th July, the website offers 48 hour delivery. I chased 10 days later to be told the item was in progress and sent a link to track. I’ve since contacted them twice and now the website is saying no longer available. I’m without both my item and £40 down. Surely there must be a way to contact and get my money back ? It’s a scam clearly so don’t fall
For the same mistake I did !!

I have just found out that picadex app is no longer functioning but a 404 message is all there is. No phone answering either. No more tracking from Hong Kong, all gone. We have been conned into purchasing an Air conditioning unit from this bunch of crooks. We paid through klarna who have stopped payments and are now investigating the case. Shocking is all I have to say and company's house still have them trading since 2024 and could be struck off

Avoid company at all costs. States on website that it is based in Birmingham - no it’s Hong Kong!!! Received email stating problem with delivery with a link to track item - does not work and a phone number to contact the shipping company - number not in existence. Do not use under any circumstance.

Ordered an air conditioning unit, website stated it was in stock in their warehouse in Birmingham for despatch next day. Nothing delivered, tracking eventually showed it still in China but returned to customer due to being overweight? Now no tracking available at all. Almost a month has gone by, no reply from customer service. This is a scam website, please do not buy from here.

Not worth 1 star but it is the only way to write a review. This companies website should be removed. Item did arrive weeks later than stated delivery date. This was after chasing Evri which allegedly had item. Fan was broken and very poor quality. Looking at other reviews there will be no chance of a replacement. Avoid at all cost.

We ordered 3 Criovex Air Conditioning units for our house. I ordered 1, my mother ordered 2. Both orders were made within a day of each other in early july. We then read the reviews and delved deeper then realised it seemed to be a scam! A week later i received an email from Picadex saying the item was out of stock and a different unit was offered. I declined and asked for a refund. Another 20 days passed with no communication then out of the blue I had another email stating the order was cancelled and i received a full refund. Then 2 days later my mother had the same for both her units!

So is it a scam? Scammers don’t usually refund people in full. It’s so bizarre. Yes the website is heavily AI generated and the address they use is fake and belongs to another company. But we’ve both been refunded in full to the total of almost £1200 so i genuinely have no clue as to what this company are up to!

For those who have had the same experience, don’t give up hope of getting your money back.

Not even one star shocking when it arrived weeks later then it was ment to and the item is not even worth the price I paid please stay away from them.

You should be ashamed of yourselves.
There is no customer service. No one emails back. No one answers the phone. Products are cheap plastic sent from China not the UK.

Funny how the page doesn't exist for 24/7 contact and they give a mobile that is never answered and switches off.
PICADEX YOU ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL BE STRUCK OFF.

Its fake scam company do not order....I ordered ac unit month ago still did not arrive. Luckily I got my money back..

Worthless item, advertising is as an air conditioning type cool the room in minutes. The item ran for an hour then stopped, it wasn't even doing a good job before it stopped either. Should had read the reviews 1st, so my bad. Contacted the company and received nothing back from them. Total scam avoid.

Unfortunately I fell for the scam and ordered a small air conditioner unit for my 84 year old mother. The unit finally arrived but is extremely poor quality and unsuitable for her needs. I emailed and left voicemails to request return / refund but have received no acknowledgment or response. Again - avoid falling for this scam.

Honestly doesn’t even deserve one star . Been waiting for weeks for my order , emailed multiple times ( order over £300) no response . Had to dispute it through my bank. Don’t bother ordering seems like a scam and it does not ship from a warehouse in Birmingham but hong king even though it says Birmingham . But you won’t know this till you make an order .
