They do not respomd to any contact emails and cant be trusted cheap qualitu products that dont work. Do not buy from them

Positives: Ordered a gold coloured 40cm Oculen mirror for my dressing table, it did arrive and was exactly what I was looking for. Am really pleased as it's a stunning looking mirror, looks of good quality and was exactly what I'd been looking for, but couldn't find with any big retailers here in the UK, or major online delivery companies etc. If Trustpilot allowed photo additions I would add one to evidence this. I received up to date tracking and regular email updates saying my mirror was on it's way etc. In fact, they were very informative. I even Whats App'd them a couple of times, to ask if it was on it's way etc, after some initial concerns which I'll come to in a sec.
They replied within 24 hours with an update and the messages were very polite and reassuring...and in very good understandable English. Ok may have been A.I...who knows.

Negatives: Website did say (as other reviewers have mentioned) that items are shipped from UK and warehouse based in Birmingham. I became suspicious and worried I'd been scammed when quite a few days had passed and no tracking update or delivery of parcel, especially as I live fairly close to Birmingham! Tracking started to update, but had an unusual tracking no. Googled and found out it was probs from a chinese courier company, so realised not in UK.
Then worried I wouldn't receive it, plus the fact I paid around £100, I did a street view of the address in Birmingham. No sign of company name on any buildings etc, but street view can be out of date. Then did further research to discover an issue on companies house and registered addresses for company. Then called a business that was actually based at the address in Birmingham (was on an industrial estate) and was told that Picadex weren't based there and that the other business had been there over 15 years! Plus they had received random goods being delivered there...slippers etc. Poss. returns..who knows!

So to sum up. I received a lovely item, exactly what I was after, was a good price compared to similar products being sold online in UK, polite responses when I chased it, tracking/email updates...but it took 2-3 weeks to arrive and the company are obviously not based in Birmingham!

Bought air humidifier/fan for my flat. Very good value for money and has made my over heated flat much more bearable! Well packaged and delivered in good time. Thankyou!

Ordered from this company well what a big mistake! No delivery tracking information a complete load of rubbish saying parcel had to much bubble wrap round it sent back to sender. Never left sender in the first place total scam avoid this company like the plague! As for Clearpay letting this company use there platform are not interested in refunding me at all. Will be taking this up with the ombudsman.

If i could give them 0 star I would. Item took weeks to arrive when it was delivered it was damaged exposing wires and remote and lead missing emailed them they asked for me to send pictures which I did then all communication stopped raised a dispute with clearpay they won because they had delivered the item still fighting it absolutely awful company and cheap faulty items avoid at app costs!!

I ordered a portable aircon which arrived after a month ( was meant to come in 3 days) and the quality was bad
Contacted for refund - no reply to several emails
Pls don’t order and feel scammed

1 month in, several emails and no response. Once they have your money, there's no going back.

Very poor quality — avoid

I purchased this air cooler on 30 June for £40, and it finally arrived from China on 22 July. Unfortunately, the product is extremely cheap and poorly made. The plastic quality is awful, and the unit doesn’t even work.

I have contacted the seller several times by email to arrange a return and refund, but I have received no response whatsoever.

For £40, I expected a usable product, not something that feels like cheap plastic junk. Toys are made to a better standard than this.

I strongly recommend avoiding this seller and product.

A big mistake, I sadly purchased a portable air conditioning unit from Picadex. Paid just under £500.00 I never received the order despite being advised it was out for delivery. They then disappeared off the website I couldn’t make any contact. These sort of people are despicable and should be locked up.

Do NOT buy from Picadex, I ordered a small air conditioner unit, payment taken and that’s as far as it goes. After numerous emails chasing the product I decided to ask for refund please see response below:-

This was the last I heard, after several further emails I handed it over to my bank who had had numerous other complaints, apparently if it goes on for 120 days you cannot get a refund so be careful this is a total rip off.

Ordered 2 air con fan things, took weeks to turn up and when they did were the most cheaply made plastic pieces of crap I've ever seen, asked to return and now do not respond to emails

Don’t use Picadex it is a scam. I ordered an air con unit for 397 pound I was told it was in the warehouse for weeks and they would update me on when it had been shipped. Long story short it was never shipped they sent a email saying they had issued me a refund. Never received the refund. Luckily I got the money back with my bank but do not use this company is it a scam

I ordered an air conditioner unit on 10th JULY 26, it's now 14th August and have not, or will not receive it. 100% SCAMMERS! *REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS.

just like many others, I ordered an AC unit. the following day, website was taken down, tracking no longer available. I managed to get my money back from my credit card company, but this company is a massive fraud and should be reported to trading standards!. avoid!!!!!
