I ordered a chair cover on 3rd July. I have not received it. I have sent letter to customer service. One reply (In all likelihood it was AI generated) promising to follow this up. Not received my item. Called customer service. No reply. I have requested a refund. No reply.

The product is of poor quality, took a long time to arrive and most importantly it stopped working after one use. Avoid this company.

Scam!!! I need to return an item but no one will respond to my requests. I have been contacting them over and over again since 4th July.

Easy enough to carry from room to room, that's about the extent of what impressed me, everything else is just average.

Bought a small tracker. Never arrived. Emailed multiple times. No response. Clearly a scam. Avoid at all costs.

They are an ABSOLUTE con like the other reviews been waiting for 5 weeks and still not arrived so have put a complaint in through my bank.

Said my parcel has been delivered in Chinese??? It’s has NOT. It’s been over a month no one is getting in touch with me!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU CAN GET MOST OF THE ITEMS FROM AMAZON FOR LESS.

When you send them an email this is the standard non response.

Ordered an AC unit. It never came and I just get the same response from the support team. It doesnt come from UK warehouse either. As im getting tracking information in Chinese.

Sadly can’t give 0 stars. Ordered a £39 fan. Website looked legit. Soon realised it’s a HUGE SCAM. Sent 2 emails to their “customer support” email and got back clearly generic emails that didn’t have my name and was clearly just a response that they send to everything. After that I received nothing to my emails and to date 2 months after purchase I have no fan.

Awful service, ordered what I thought was 2 portable air conditioning units, from a UK company who advised shipped within 24 hours. Over 2 weeks later they arrive. Tracking was showing different points including an airport! Cheap fans i could have got for half the price locally.
No response to emails and requests for returns.
Do not use this company, you will be frustrated and disappointed. Trading standards informed.

I ordered a fan from Picadex. It took a while to arrive and when I received it from a UK warehouse it was a different item. It was not the same item. I actually sent back the item. I contacted customer services with the return tracking receipt but they didn’t refund me. So now they have the returned item and my money too. They ignored all my emails. I will be reporting the company to Gov.uk officially as they should not be trading at all especially in the UK. It is fraud.

Bought 2 so called air con units it turns out there just a glorified fan absolute con don't entertain them

Scam company please avoid at all costs. Same experience as others on here complaining. I reported the website to Google they have done nothing

I haven't had a good experience with you. I bought an item that wasn't delivered, and I've been trying to get an explanation but haven't received any response. I've already asked for a refund, but I haven't been reimbursed.😡😡😡 stressfull

SCAM!
Is zero stars an option? Ordered an air conditioning unit on 12 July. The tracking info looked a bit dodgy so I emailed them asking for a refund and letting them know the internet has them down as a scam company. I received a grovelling email asking me not to report them and stating that they are indeed a legit company. By this time the tracking details took me to a 'page not found' page. I ordered a refund by a set date. This has not happened and customer service has since gone quiet. My tracking page is back but still with the 'we are expecting your parcel' blurb. I will be reporting to Action Fraud.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The item I purchased arrived broken and despite contacting their customer service multiple times I have not heard anything back from them!

If there was a zero I would tick that. I ordered two wall lights that was supposed to be rechargeable. They came and were hard wired. The main problem was that there was only one wall bracket for two lights. One of the lights was damaged. The spotlight was hanging off. There was also a part that had fallen off. Plus other little things. I asked for a refund as they were not fit for purpose. They say they have a 30 day no quibble guarantee. That is a lie. They will not refund me my money. They have stopped answering the phone. They ignore emails. These people are scammers and thieves. Do not place orders with them.

They supplied an item that doesn't work! Tried contacting them by email bounced back, phone disconnects, what's appnp response. Do not use them

Same issue as everyone else but I used Clearpay who froze my further payments and refunded what I had paid. No response from them for me to return it so ended up with a free fan. Karma I think.
