Sent the wrong item, delay tactics non stop for return label, no intention of refunding.

Still waiting for my refund,given up on item ever arriving. Now they ignore me, they have blocked my email and phone number so i hide phone number but they never abswer phone. After all what us customer service but ignorance.

Total scam. After waiting a little over a month no items have arrived. They've failed to respond to any of my emails. Customer service is none existent, would avoid.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Got sent something I didn’t order, took 4 weeks to come and they’re now ignoring me when I’m reaching out for a refund. I was even blocked off of their facebook for messaging them after my emails didn’t get a response.

Order never arrived despite saying uk warehouse i got an update 2 weeks after ordering telling me to contact the courier which was a chinese company. Stopped responding to emails when I asked for a refund.
Disputed payment with my bank and got refund from them.

Ordered an air con unit, it never turned up, they ignore your emails, total scammers! Have nothing to do with them!

Worst customer care my order has been on route since 5th July no feedback from customer service despite multiple chasing emails

Picadex.com is a scam, I bought an Air con from them and it's a month now still not received it, please avoid at any cost . They never respond back to me.

I ordered over a month ago, delivery was supposed to be 5-7 days i have sent now 4 emails and had no reply every single one has been ignored. I still haven’t received my order so i DO NOT recommend these absolute hong kong scammers. don’t buy off this website!!! they trick u by putting all their 5 star reviews on their page but when you come onto here all reviews are 1 star. Terrible.

The "Portable Air Conditioner" was nothing but a cheap plastic barely functioning fan. It does not cool the air at all. In fact those cheap face fans you get at a fun fair are far more effective. Farting on someone is more effective then this trash.

I am in the process of disputing and getting my money back via the bank. I will also be making a blog and probably a Youtube video about this product and the company to make as many people aware as possible. In the blog and video I'll also tell people exactly how to raise a dispute and get their money back.

If I could give 0 stars for this scam company I would avoid like the plague do not give them any money

Scammers ordered a air cooler thinking it was going to arrive within a few days. Only to find it was not being delivered from their Birmingham warehouse but sent from China but not only that they deleted the tracking information after four weeks so was robbed of 39.97. Don't use Picadex they are robbing retarded heartless idiots would like to use stronger language but want to want the public about prickadex.

no stars it was a fake scam company that was stuck off after I made order as everyone else said it's fake and lies saying it's a UK based warehouse dispatch within 24 hours then got a fake china tracking just before it got shuricj off so why is trading standards still allowing this company to be back online
I'm shaming my bank zempler do not use them either as 30 days on they still ain't refunded me the scammed order money I paid picadex.....I'm still waiting even though I provided all and more info about this company I wished I saw the tristpilot reviews before I ordered but as it looked so genuine and said was a UK warehouse based in Birmingham...
now I see company back on live and they changed the UK address
why trading standards you not doing more to stop people been scammed..........plus shame on zempler for making me more distressed to get my money back....as wasn't cheap alot of money which also made me think when ordering that it was real....

I ordered a desk fan, the delivery took a month. I got a smaller size, inefficient, unbranded, cheap fan. I emailed for return label, they advertise as easy return. No respond. Shop somewhere else!

Purchased an item on 12th July. Delivery was estimated 22nd to 24th July. Nothing updated in the tracker since 17th July. Last updated said it was working its way through the system. Item has been sent from China but website makes out it is posted from the UK. No item delivered so far and its the 4th August. I've sent 5 emails to them and no reply at all. I doubt I will get a refund. AWFUL company, do not buy anything from them.

Do not order a air conditioning unit there, they do not have them just to hold your money for bank interest I am assuming.
I got in touch with my bank and I was refunded the full amount. So even a debit card transaction is safe do not worry your bank will refund you. But very misleading. Wanted to grab people's money during the heatwave, money predatory practice.

Ordered an air conditioning unit showing in stock in the uk with next day dispatch, tracking number given showed the unit in China where it sat for weeks and is still sitting there, no communication, no replies to emails. I will now have to go through the bank to try and get the money back.

Scam company do not buy from here. Like many others, I didn’t read the reviews before buying air conditioning units a month ago that have never arrived despite the “tracking” saying they have been delivered.
Trying to get a refund via my bank now. Absolutely no response from Picadex to emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
Do not buy from here.

Abysmal. Item said next day shipping, but then took over 3 weeks to arrive. Didn't match the description on the website. And although the website said free returns, they refused to give me a refund.
