SCAMMERS!! DON’T TOUCH THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

It has been 8 weeks since I ordered my air-con unit and no sign of it showing up. When I looked to contact them their website and email inbox had been deleted! Then mysteriously they are back again and 2 weeks ago they emailed to say I would be refunded. I am still waiting and my emails since have been ignored.

I will now look to recover the money through my card provider 😡

I used this company in April 2026, ordered 2 wall lights. They took a long time to arrive and both shades were crushed. I emailed and they replied same day and shipped another 2 shades. Apart from the fact they say UK warehouses when actually it's Hong Kong, that purchases was not too bad. So I decided to purchase another 2 wall lights In July. It advertised 10% discount at checkout which didn't happen, I enailed and 2 days later received discount amount! Then nothing and nothing since 22 July. My bank has refunded me and investigating! Something has gone wrong from beginning of July, I would avoid.

Absolutely appalled that this company are still allowed to trade. We reported to the bank and the company asked for 20 days to pay a refund. Guess what , they didn’t pay it. Thankfully the bank did.
The companies house continuously shows strike off , then says not. These people need shutting down.
Their website has now taken the Birmingham address off.

I received a fan when I paid for an air conditioner. I’ve reached out to no avail

Handles hot afternoons okay, cooling is satisfactory at best, nothing beyond that.

I ordered a month ago still haven’t received the AC and they wont reply to emails

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They give false delivery and tracking info to try and fool you.

Placed an order for two air con units was advertised as next day delivery. Tracking number wasn't working unable to contact customer service through their online form no response to emails to find out where my order was. Went back to may payment provider after discovering this company is a scam. They also moved from Birmingham address to an address in Hong Kong within the space of 10 days. Order not received and company reported. Luckily I received a full refund. Please don't get caught out by the great prices they show. SCAM SCAM SCAM.🤬🤬

Order was ment to be delivered 22-24th July it still has not arrived, led to believe it was coming from uk and it’s not its Hong Kong , contacted customer service requesting a refund only to be fobbed off that it’s on its way. Bought it on the 11th July and I’m still waiting, not happy going to have to contact my bank to raise a dispute in order to try get my money back. Avoid this company , wish I’d read the trustpilot reviews before buying!!

Scam company. I paid £397 for an air conditioning unit on 4/7/26. Received tracking but after reading reviews tried to cancel the next day. And on several subsequent days. My emails were ignored. Tracking was sent again a couple of times, but even that tailed off, and no further contact from them since 15/7. Reported to Action Fraud, and thankfully able to receive a refund via my bank. Absolute charlatans.

Customer service is terrible. You think you are ordering from a company based in Birmingham, but it turns out to be in Hong Kong. Still waiting after 4 weeks. No communication, no updates..

Scam company! Same experience as everyone else with an air conditioning unit! Luckily got my money back from Clearpay! Wish I’d checked reviews before ordering!

Would be 0 stars if able. Ordered x2 portable room air conditioner units, tracking very poor. Arrived about a month after ordering. Not what I ordered, I received 2 pathetic fans. I have emailed them multiple times and tried to phone them with no answer……………avoid

I purchased this a few weeks back, I contacted customer service to ask how I apply for a refund as every time I plug it in it blows the electric off. Not safe to use!!! They replied to me asking for pictures which I sent. I have since followed up with several emails and no reply. Do not buy from this company!!!!

Scammers. An item I ordered was simply never dispatched. Once I asked for proof of postage and a tracking number further emails chasing up the delivery went unanswered. I suspect they think they've gotten away with it. But they don't know me. I've had multiple successes bringing rogue organisations like this to account. It ends up costing them, not me. Avoid this company at all costs and save yourselves the time trying to resolve a dispute.

Performed slightly better than I expected honestly, nice surprise, but overall it's just a decent purchase that meets the basics.
