Super company to deal with. I made a mistake on my order and they were very quick to respond and correct my mistake. Very good customer service.

Charged twice, no refund.
I ordered one item, that's all that was in my order confirmation. I was charged for two. I returned the other one, at my own expense, and then was ghosted. No acknowledgement, no refund.
Product is decent quality I guess but not really worth what I paid.

Lovely print of the constellation bought as a gift
Lovely print of the constellation personalised for the place , date and time of birth with an inscription of choice - was bought as a gift for my great nephew - yet to be passed on, but looks lovely in a modern white frame with a white mount edged in black that I bought separately elsewhere although there are frames available from this w site too.

Looks cheap for the price tag
I was really disappointed in the quality of the print and how cheap it looked for the £36 I paid. I emailed customer services on the day I opened it and it’s been ignored. This was supposed to be an anniversary gift but I won’t be giving it. The concept is lovely,
