I’m a regular buyer from plant prescription! They have always corrected problems when they have arose, delivery is always quick shipping method is great! Plants are packed to perfection.
When certain plants have been advertised but sadly not in stock they have sent me alternatives! I can not fault this company compared to others!
They are a great team, with a great selection of plants!

I emailed regarding a half dead plant I received and never got a response.

Scammer of a company. Never received order. No replies to messages. AVOID AVOID AVOID this thieving business. Disgraceful.

I ordered from here almost two weeks ago and I have only received half of my order! I received the first half of my order a week ago and I have emailed to chase this up as well as contacting the seller via the shop app and have heard nothing.
I understand small businesses and the wait time can be longer than the usual however, I paid for a £30 order and looks like I am only receiving half of the order.

I've never received such a pest ridden plant. Other reviews aren't kidding. I wouldn't be surprised if all their stock and everything is riddled. How can you send something out like that!?! Avoid like the plague...

Ordered multiple items and received an incomplete order. I have emailed several times and they haven't responded. Have to leave this review so hopefully others can avoid this situation.

Bought many times from Plant Prescription - can’t fault them

Fast delivery well packaged and healthy plant.

I ordered philodendron Joepi with plant prescription, I was very excited about it until my order came...
Unfortunately plant came with many damaged leaves, couple of them looked like they had bad sun burn, one leaf was completely gone, 2 top leaves have a lots of yellowing spots, it looks like pests issue.
I send message to plant prescription on Shop app, soon after I received my order.
I had problem to attach pictures on the app so sent them an email.
I received reply on shop app after I first sent it, but no one ever responded to my email.
Which is quite disappointing.
I understand that no plant is perfect, and it can have some cosmetic damage, but when plant is not in good shape it shouldn't be sold unless it's described as a rescue plant.
This philodendron was quite expensive, and I'm really not happy with what I've got.

Would not recommend. Extremely poor customer service.

I placed an online order of 7 items. Packaging was great but one plant was sent with existing damage along with a note in the box saying to get in touch with customer service to arrange a 50% refund for the damaged plant. I emailed and asked to return the plant instead for a full refund. 3 weeks later I finally received the returns label after them ignoring several of my emails. After returning the plant I heard nothing again for another 20 days, all of my emails asking for an update were ignored again.

Now they had my money and the returned plant, and were completely ignoring me. In the end I had no patience left and had to threaten to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back and surprise surprise they then sent my refund immediately.

It should not take 2 months to recieve a refund, let alone have my communications completely ignored time and time again. Respond to your customers! Looking through previous reviews it seems to be an ongoing issue with them ignoring customers that have problems with their orders. I will never shop here again, the experience was awful.

Recieved two plants absolutely covered in thrips pupae and adults. Easily the worst thrips infestation I've ever seen - even if they didn't see the bugs the leaves were extensively damaged so the plants should never have been sent out in that condition anyway since the listing didn't mention to expect any damage at all to the plants. Luckily i noticed this quickly or thrips would have ruined my entire.plant collection. Mistakes happen but I've now emailed multiple times, messaged their Facebook page and also via the shop app and got no reply for 5 days. That to me is unacceptable. I'm now going to have to go through the aggro of getting a refund through PayPal which will take months. Not impressed to say the least

My plants and sundries arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was done so well that my delicate Spanish moss and philodendron arrived without a single broken leaf. I will definitely order again. Thank you Joe and Kyle!

Well wrapped plant packages, quick dispatch just a shame dpd can’t read the big massive signs on every side of the box ! Plants survived with slight ripped leaf. But was super well wrapped so I blame DPD Could improve the answering of emails though please thanks guys !!!

First time ordering and my calathias has damaged leaves when they arrived browning edges and tips one leaf had to be taken off as was completely shrivelled up and brown , my white night philodendron also has browning on the leaves.
