Sam the engineer was very helpful and worked very well

I just booked, paid and had my charger installed within 24 hrs.

1) The team were amazing in agreeing what charger I needed and sorting a price
2) The booking team booked me a slot 10 days from placing the order
3) I received the invoice to make payment, so I did
4) I received a call the next day about a cancellation and a fitter could come within a few hours
5) Fitter turned up, very professional asked me a few questions . Installed the charger. Helped me setup my app and off he went .
6) I tested my charger and I’m ready for an off-peak charge tonight

Buzzing…..sad I know….. but that’s what tickles me ….. lol

I had Will from Plug in station to install my charger, he was very knowledgeable and attention to detail. Great work and all got done with in 1:30 mins. Highly recommended to use this company.

A simple process to obtain a quotation and a reasonably short lead in period to the installation date. The engineer who attended site was very customer focussed and worked hard to ensure a neat and unobtrusive installation. The site was left tidy and help was given in setting up the app for the charger. An all-round good experience.

From initial discussion to final install it was seamless. Everyone was helpful and nothing was too much trouble.. our installer Andy arrived as agreed and completed the install in under 3 hours, he left everything neat and tidy and did a professional job.
Everything was explained before leaving.
In all i would certainly recommend to everyone.

The engineer, Andy, turned up on time and worked neatly. However he seemed to be in a rush to get away after installation and didn't fully check charger was working as it should. When he left I noticed it was only charging at half capacity, 3.5kw, even when on max charge. After numerous calls with Plug in and Ohme, and me troubleshooting as requested, it was found Andy had not placed the CT clamp correctly which was limiting the charge. Ohme talked me through how to correct this (had to wait over the weekend to Monday) and the charger is now working. Apparently it's a common error so please get your engineer to check your charger is working at full capacity before they leave. It's a real shame as other than that it would have been a good service. I did report to customer service before submitting this review so hopefully they will give their engineers further training in this point.

Ordering and booking in the install was easy. Time was only 10 days or so from order to install. The engineer arrived on time, carried out the work quickly and efficiently and left everything in good order. I would highly recommend Plug In Stations.

Very good service, Liam was very good and explained the set up and how to make the most out of the Ohme app.He then got me to put the car on charge to make sure everything was working OK. Thanks for the top Job Liam.

Good experience. Whole process was fairly straight forward although did involve having to do the initial charger grant application our selves. This was explained in detail via an email from the company and did not prove too difficult a task. Install was very professional. Fitter did a great job and a very tidy installation. We had update on arrival time the day before which is appreciated. All in all a good service from start to finish.

Andy was nice and early ! Very polite and well mannered gentleman who talked me through the process, also gave me a heads up when he needed to switch off the power to install the EV charger
