Whilst the electrician who initially came was great, the company is terrible amd cluldnt organise a pi×× up in a brewery. Semt chap to install without a charger, so he ran cable and the company rearranged an apointment 3 weeks later (no rushbat all, couldnt have given a monkeys over the delay or inconvenience) i called the day before the next appointmemt to be told they hadnt confirmed it properly in the system despite confirming to me via txt, and that therere was noone coming. I hit the roof so they organised and confirmed via email a saturday morning, and sirprise surprise, noone shows, no phone calls so still waiting 6 weels on with no charger, no comms, just 1100quid out of pocket. What a set of clowns

After an initial speculative enquiry via the web, the follow up and service was first rate. I was contacted immediately by the sales team, had a video call to discuss charger options and installation logistics, and then had a competitive quote and installation date agreed within hours. Installation was equally well organised with updates on progress, confirmation of payment terms, and installation logistics all organised with the utmost professionalism. I could not recommend Plug in Stations more highly.

Charger was installed within an hour. Nice and tidy. And the company were able to use my OZEV voucher against the cost.

We had a bit of an issue. Once the electric work was done, the engineer realised that the charger was not compatible with single-phase. I was offered an upgrade to another (more expensive) charger without any extra charge. No delays, as it was in the van.

I was very impressed that when there was an issue, it was resolved whilst the engineer was still onsite, and as a customer, I received a very good service. I would highly recommend Plug In Station.

Things happen sometimes, and it is how the company deals with the situation that differentiates it from others.

From start to finish the process was pain free. My installer Brian was courteous and respectful of property and although he came up against an issue with fixing the charger to the wall it was resolved with good effort on his part. Happy to recommend highly!

I had an Ohme EV charger installed by Plug In Stations last week, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

I had originally planned to go with Octopus Energy, but after two weeks of trying, they still hadn’t been able to arrange an installation date. In contrast, Plug In Stations were outstanding. From my first call, they offered clear, helpful advice, arranged a video survey immediately, and booked me in for the following week.

On the day, they arrived exactly within the agreed time slot, worked quickly and efficiently, and couldn’t have been more helpful. They took the time to walk me through the app setup, link my energy provider, and ensure I was ready to charge at the cheapest overnight rates.

Genuinely incredible service from everyone I dealt with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Jack S attended, testedmy previous charger which had had water damage preventing the LED working.
After checking the electric supply he was able to fit a new ohme charger. set up the app and ensure all was working well. Jack was polite and respectful of our property. proffesional would not hesitate to reccomend.

Very competitive quote for the work, including additional adjustments to take into account existing solar panels. Great communication and a first rate engineer fitting the new unit.

My installer Gavin turned up on time on the day of installation. Firstly he explained to me exactly what he was going to do, and how he was going to do it. He asked me where I would like the charger positioned, then he set about his work. Gavin was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly, he did an amazing job, tidied up everything afterwards. Then he went through all the details with me how it all worked through the App, which I had downloaded. All in all it was great experience, and I would recommend Gavin to anyone thinking of having a charger installed.

From start to finish, from booking an appointment to the day the work was carried out, communication was excellent and increased my confidence in the ability of this company to carry out the work quickly and professionally. Not at all disappointed.
