I’ve called the customer service one day asking for a change of address and to a new card to be mailed there. The guy on the phone told me the card will arrive in 7 working days…it never did. I called 2 weeks later to find out what the problem is and turned out he never processed it.

I absolutely love my Pluxee Card! I've been using it for a while but over Christmas the perks of this card were unbelievable. A certain retailer who offers points was offering extra points over Christmas, and since they're on the Pluxee Card cashback scheme, I absolutely took advantage. Extra points, Black Friday deals AND cashback returned to my card... I have two lovely pots to spend towards my essentials.

I have just reactivated my card and had to call customer services to change some of my personal details. It was so refreshing to have it resolved to quickly and easily.
I do have one question and can't seem to find the answer. I put some money on my card yesterday and today my balance is down by about £6 when I've nit spent anything. What is this payment for???

NO PROTECTIONS AGAINST ONLINE FRAUDS. customer care with raise their hands sayig we are preopaid card not credit card. lost £60.

I have been very happy with my TOTUM Pluxee card as I have had nearly £170 cashback over 12 months. However, it has now expired and I was not sent information about renewing it. I have tried to call and email and had no response, and I have £79 on my account that I am very much hoping I won’t lose, but can’t see how to get back. Card: excellent, customer service: disappointing.

Utterly Useless Website.
They're happy to take your money, but if you want to spend it you'll need to set aside a whole morning to try different browsers and devices to just get their site to display your own card details. When you try and view them 99% of the time the details are blank, and on the off chance you get lucky they only appear for a moment before defaulting to the anonymised state. Don't even bother, the cashback isn't worth the hassle. Just use Topcashback or, y'know, literally any other site you might have heard of before other than this crap

This is an employer benefit and I use an auto topup feature at the beginning of the month so its super easy to use and cashback monthly just gets added to my balance. The only improvement would be to widen the supermarkets that partake and make it easier for me to work out which shops i can use my card in as i keep forgetting.

Complete waste of time. As an employee I tried using a discount code for Hotels dot com that does not work, and a code for another supplier that expired two years ago and Pluxee has not replaced.
Their customer service is useless and clueless. I contacted them multiple times, and they either ask you to write via email (if you phone); don’t reply (if you email) and then if you chase, they tell you they need to pass the matter on to another team, even though they said they were doing that the previous week. This is not an employee benefits scheme, it’s a nuisance that an employee will waste time on.

I'd give a zero if it was possible, I have Pluxee in the czech republic through my employer and it has two numbers ( gastro and Flexi ) , I simply can not activate both numbers as they are on a single card and one keeps showing as inactive ( it has money on it ) , the navigation of the website is diabolically bad, there is no '' activate card'' button, its nonsensical, ''customer service'' is an AI bot which answers NOTHING !! I will be returning my Pluxee card back to my employer and asking for a full refund , I shall actively not recommend this card to anyone

I've found my Pluxee card very useful and so far have had £132 cash back over the last 12 months. I haven't made any big purchases over this time but in the past have benefitted from some good deals by using TopCashBack and then paying through Pluxee. No issues with the App, topping up or logging in to my account online.
