Irritating gouge out of the plastic pane in my frame on arrival. Discovered when pealing off the cover. It is on the back side, so it must have existed before shipping.
Additionally, the contact form on their website is broken, so I wasted more of my time unable to submit the complaint. Surprisingly the process of buying the item was much smoother..
