No thank you

Be wary when ordering from the poster store. I placed an order for a poster measuring 50x70 inches, but the photo quality is poor. It’s blurry and clearly not of the expected standard. Despite my request for a resolution, they have refused to take any action. Consequently, I have no choice but to return the poster for £9.90, which I find to be an exorbitant price. No thank you

I received only half of the order

I received only half of the order, when query they asked to check the package as if we were cheating, it’s been two week before I can receive the confirmation that they are sending the missing items. Still no apology for the mistake from their side.

delayed but dealt with very efficiently

I have been informed by the company that there is a delay with the courier. Im impressed at the speed that the company replied to me, so i know now whats going on and im a very happy bunny. Thank you poster store and i hope its going to be a pleasure doing business with you and will definately shop again, you have some great posters and the choice is amazing.

The items never arrived. When contacting they were no help at all and just told me to be patient it's been almost 3 weeks now

No delivery!!
You have mixed replies. Either saying it’s still waiting to be delivered or it’s at the pick up point! Now you say you have no contact details! I am not putting contact details on an open forum! I have emailed you direct and yet it still hasn’t helped!! I want a refund please!

The greatest difficulty was choosing…

The greatest difficulty was choosing what I wanted, after that placing the order was very straightforward.
A great choice of both posters and frames so it took a bit of time to decide but I'm happy with my choices and look forward to receiving them.

Lovely images but sizes were t consistent

The pictures are lovely but I ordered 30 x 40 prints and all 3 of them actually differed in size. Some images were too small for the aperture in the frame.
