I paid extra for the service where they…

I paid extra for the service where they put it in the frame for you & there are loads of bits all over the print between the print & the plastic. The image is also super blurry must have been due to the size I had it at but they could have stated this & I would have gotten a smaller size.

I am still waiting for frame and print…

I am still waiting for frame and print that was for a gift I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. It’s not able to be tracked and a reply email from yourselves when I raised this over a week ago (original order was made on 3rd January!!) I shall be taking this further.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and heard nothing…

Ordered 3rd January and heard nothing regarding despatch. It’s been three weeks and my email checking it’s all okay has been ignored except for an automated reply sent twice. If you can’t fulfil orders, maybe dial back the relentless Facebook advertising!

Edit: Received an email stating that order may be lost but no evidence ever shipped and this reply implies it hasn’t been despatched yet. I was asked if I would like the items or a refund. I replied immediately requesting the items still, and then have heard nothing once again since! Xust

Never got the order. Poor customer service

Ordered 3 posters on the 9.1.2025 . Emailed multiple times about the order not being received, but no reply to my emails with an answer. I used the chat in their web, but it was an automated chat saying that their advisors were not available. I received a couple of automated emails, saying that one of the customer representatives would be in touch soon, but nobody contacted me. Today (23.01.2025) I received a link from Trustpilot to leave feedback. I have still not received my order , or an update of where it is. I don’t normally leave feed back, but as I was prompted by Trustpilot I thought that this is maybe the last opportunity to hopefully get the order delivered or my money back. Order 4060279.
Ironically, after chasing customer services for over a week, I got the below answer 40 minutes after putting the review on line. I still don't know where my order is as they say that it is with Evri, but Evri has not updated the parcel status for over a week and the post code link does not work.

Great Experience from start to finish!

The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
I opted to collect my order from a local evri pick up point. I had regular updates re delivery and it arrived when predicted.
The posters and frames were well packaged and I was extremely pleased with my order. Would definitely recommend to others and use again.
