Still waiting for this item, 3 weeks after purchasing, tracking doesn't work and customer service seems to have left the building. Another example of an online retail outlet that gives the impression they are UK based but isn't and seems to act as an intermediary for products made in a different country, sometimes a different continent. Still claim UK delivery in 3-6 days, laughable. Wish I had bought the picture frame from IKEA now, half the price and 3 day delivery! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Terrible experience with Poster Store – avoid at all costs! I was promised a delivery window of 3-6 days for my poster, but it’s well past that and I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them several times, and their customer service has been non-existent. My last email hasn’t even received a response.
If you need your posters on time, do not use this company – they are completely unreliable and not worth it. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability.

Was great, I wish I’d known delivery would take a little while as not in the uk I think but products great and great communication
Emailed this company twice regarding an enquiry relating to a perspective order no reply at all apart from automated replies. I feel really deflated about the lack of response which makes me rather sceptical about placing an order. Its really a shame because there prints look excellent and I wanted to order quite a few.

Lovely frame arrived, but was damaged so I emailed them to request a new frame be sent out. After a bit of a wait they have now confirmed that a new frame will be sent out....Thank you!

I placed the order on the 30th of December. The delivery is 3-6 working days. I've sent 2 emails asking on its whereabouts with no reply or acknowledgement beyond an automated email. as its been 9 working days. The tracking doesn't give any detail and implies it hasn't left the factory

As usual excellent quality poster print arrived well packed, in good condition and on time. I am very pleased with it
Greatly disappointed. I have bought from this company before and experienced excellent service delivery and high quality products. This time was far from that. The posters took over 20 days to arrive. As a precaution of the company choosing Evri as their delivery company, I decided to get the posters delivered to one of their parcel shops. Sadly when it was finally time to pick up the posters, I found damaged poor quality posters wrapped in paper which had then put in a box which had subsequently been crushed rendering the posters absolutely useless. I have notified the company and still have not heard anything back. Such a shame.
