I downloaded the app straight after Dragons Den and sent my husband a gift, but it took several days to arrive. Ok, we’ll give the benefit of the doubt as the app was apparently overloaded. I then sent a couple of small value gifts which did work perfectly and my friends redeemed their gifts with no issues. Then I tried to send my best friend a voucher for a bottle of Prosecco from Sainsbury’s and continually just got a black screen - i contacted the AI customer service, to no avail, and eventually after a day of so, a human contacted me. He asked a couple of questions about what phone I was using and after answering that I was using an iPhone I never heard anything else. I’ve tried to send the same gift today and the screen still goes black. I’ve given up.

The idea is great but it’s too complicated, the time limit to redeem the gift is too short, and there are far too many glitches at the moment.

Their app is extremely confusing. It doesn't show clearly the expiry date of the vouchers or shows zero value against vouchers that still have remaining funds.

Tried numerous times but the app just kept freezing so I deleted it I was very disappointed

I actually really love the idea of this app, it's very quick and easy to use. However, I sent a Starbuck cake gift to a friend, Iput a little message on the gift, invited her to download the app and messaged her so she knew it wasn't a scam, but she still doesn't want to download the app. So it was a waste of money. Its a shame, I think if there was more widespread knowledge about it (advertising) people would download and not be worried about it.

Sent a spontaneous gift as a thank you and she was able to download and use the gift at Costa. She was thrilled and I couldn't be happier. No issues at all 5 stars!

Amazing app easy to use and a great idea

I was watching dragons den when this app was designed, so I downloaded Prsnt, thinking this could be good, but I was disappointed because the app didn't work. It froze on me numerous times. So I uninstaled.

Great App

As I live far from family I think it’s great as no more lost voucher’s , or something on the doorstep.

Downloaded the app as soon as I saw it in Dragons Den and sent a coffee gift to my daughter. She never received it. Emailed them and they immediately sent another one which she received. I've used the app a few times and it is easy to choose a gift and pay. Will continue to use them. Excellent way to say thank you to someone or cheer them up!

This was a great experience!, what a great idea!, l saw it on Dragons Den and thought “ that’s not going to work “ but when l left a birthday to late, l gave it a go. How cool it was to organise, pay and send, faultless and easy, thank you for getting me out of a hole!

Twice I’ve been given small low value items and both times it was beyond a faff to get it to work. Sat at tills holding people up whilst the glitchy system didn’t accept the code and I’ve subsequently not been able to use. £12 of gifts down and tbh id rather have nothing than be gifted something that I can’t use. Someone’s paid for it, so on the basis I’ve not been able to use I assume it’s benefitted anyone but the intended recipient. One to avoid until they sort out some of the apparent issues

Update: thanks for the reply but there was NO issue with the connection or Wi-Fi in either venue and data was full and full signal etc. The issue is the system doesn’t work. If you want to do right by someone in the form of a gift then simply buy it for them directly rather than using Prsnt, there’s no Prsnt just hassle and embarrassment when you put back the item you spent time picking out! Want to sort it out then feel free to send me £12 of voucher to replace what I lost and subsequently expired!
