If you want to stand for hours in the cold with staff that can’t tell you when your getting your drive then this is the place for you. 3 hours past our appointment we waited before we had to call it a day and the staff didn’t offer a refund or voucher. Very poorly run, business isn’t their forte.

We booked in June but had to wait until October. It was the Double Supercar Blast for my dad. We arrived at 2pm after a 2-hour drive since it was advised to arrive earlier than your booked time to get ready for the drivers briefing and get check in. On check in we were told that the Porsche that my dad had chosen to drive had been crashed earlier in the day so he would now have to pick another car, he chose the Nissan GTR. After this they were constantly trying to sell us different things such as familiarisation laps, high speed passenger rides, photos, in-car videos as well as additional laps.

Leaving the check in desk we were told the drivers briefing would be at 2:30pm but it didn't happen until 2:50pm. During the briefing they had a scaremongering pitch that you're liable for the first £5,000 of repairs if you damage the car so recommend you pay £25 for a damage waiver yet on their website it says no hidden fees. During the briefing they made a clear point to state that their computer system uses algorithms to ensure customers wait an equal amount of time to ensure it's fair for all. Drivers were then given out lanyards at the end of the briefing. The site had no seating and little shelter from the elements. If it was raining the experience would have been even worse.

My dad had to stand and wait until 4pm before he got to drive his first car which was the Lamborghini. In the same time people who had arrived and were briefed at 3:30pm had already gotten to drive before him. My dad finished up with the Lamborghini at 4:10pm which was 3 laps. We expected it wouldn't be as long a wait for the next car as the place was getting less busy. In waiting for the next car, we noticed multiple people who had arrived at the same time or later than us get to drive 3 and 4 different cars including the same ones my dad had chosen to drive which makes no sense if they have 'fair algorithms'

It was now approaching 5pm and 3 hours since we arrived so I went over to ask when my dad could expect to drive the Nissan GTR and the man and women at the desk said he would be on next. We watched the car pull in and them shout someone else's name to go into the car which angered us as they had just lied to my face. At 5:05pm we heard the women at the desk state to another customer who was returning the next day that all the cars have to be off the track at 5pm but there was still 10+ people who were booked in to drive the Ferrari and multiple people including my dad to drive the Nissan GTR.

The staff had to announce that the waitlist was so big for the Ferrari that some would have to change into the Audi R8 and at least 6 people had to do this. They offered no such thing for my dad who was still waiting. During this time, we witnessed the instructor who was in the McLaren that day come over and ask if there was anyone else booked in for that car and was told not at the moment. He then went over to his friend who was stood beside us without a lanyard and asked if he wanted a go in the McLaren with him and they went onto the circuit. At around 5:20pm my dad said he had waited long enough so went over to the desk again to tell them to take his lanyard and he was going to leave. They promised him he would get to drive the Nissan GTR next so he decided to wait for the car to finish the laps it was doing. When the car drove in, they shouted another person's name to drive the car which upset the both of us and two members of staff heard us complaining and came over to try and quieten us down so no other customers could hear.

They tried to defend the wait time by saying the website states you can expect to wait 2-4 hours but that includes familiarisation laps and passenger rides to get up to speed and learn the track which my dad didn't have booked. Also, as I stated above multiple other people who arrived after us and drove more than 2 cars including the same options my dad had chosen so make of that what you will. We argued back and forth and the male staff member stated that they were sorry but they had 'oversubscribed' the Nissan GTR and the Ferrari because of the Porsche crash earlier in the day. I told them that their 'amazing algorithms' shouldn't allow this and that they had cars such as the Mustang GT and the Dodge that had been sitting empty since 4pm which customers who were waiting could have been asked to drive to cut wait times down. They then offered a free upgrade to the McLaren to make up for all the hassle but someone had just jumped into it for 3+ laps. At the same time the Nissan GTR pulled in and the male staff member said 'Look, there's the GTR ready I'll get you in it now' My dad agreed to get in at 5:30pm and as he walked over they put someone else in the car so he'd have to wait for them to finish.

At this point we'd had enough of their lies, awful customer service and unfair treatment so we left. I highly recommend you stay clear and avoid this place at all costs!

Absolutely amazing everyone there was so accommodating and helped whenever they could, Grant the man who took me out in the Ferrari California was especially great as I had mentioned I do sim racing at home he let me have it in manual and trusted me with the car, absolutely amazing experience I would highly recommend

Brought for our 14 year old. They started with a safety briefing which was basically telling everyone how expensive they cars are to repair if they have an accident. Then almost forced us into taking a £25 accident waiver as what they don’t tell you at the time of booking is that you will be liable for £5000 worth of repairs if you damage the car. Hidden in the terms and conditions which took a while to find.
The cars have duel control so it should be impossible to have an accident.
3 laps and a safe speed. While our 14 year old enjoyed it. If you are older and looking for speed not the place to go.

My son had an amazing day doing the driving experience, he is already asking for another day. Lovely staff and instructors.
Could be sign posted better but over all great day.

Amazing experience! The safety briefing is kept short but informative and the system is well organised.
My instructor Matt made the experience 100 times better by really pushing me to get the most out of the car and the laps, even bought more laps as I was having such a good time!
Will definitely recommend and be back :)

Bought this driving experience for my 12 year old grandson and he absolutely loved it. Well run and great fun. We will be back. Great cafe too

First time doing this and had a great time. The instructors were very good (particularly Richard) and helped you get the most out of the cars. Highly recommend doing the extra laps as you're still getting used to the car and track after 3. Unfortunately the video didn't work on theast crazy taxi ride but it was a great experience that I would definitely do again.

From arrival to departure the day was fantastic.
Busy but we’ll organised, 2 teenagers driving fast cars, what’s not to like.
Chris orchestrated the drivers and instructors effortlessly, all the staff were enthusiastic and indulging, which is exactly what is needed on a ‘treat day’ like this. Staff were able to make all participants feel special.
Amazing experience for those taking part.

Thank you PSR for an excellent event, from the person I spoke to to book the event, the lady was very helpful. As for the day itself, in my opinion it was excellently run, from booking in which was straightforward, to the drivers briefing where everything is was explained. The system of allocating drivers to cars was well run, the cars I choose were superb, the instructors were keen to get you to get the most out of the cars I had a really enjoyable day.

Good day out at PSR experience. Well worth doing, Give it ago you will not be disappointed.

I took my 12 year old daughter to this for her first driving experience/lesson - I chose this particularly because it was in a Mini and she loved it! The instructor was amazing with her and had her reversing through cones within the hour! She wants to do it again and her sister wants a go now too! Will definitely be back.

My daughters organised a driving experience for my 60th birthday three year ago nearly but because of the pandemic I had to reschedule for 11/07/22. It was a fantastic day I thoroughly enjoyed it plus the weather was hot and dry. I had four good powerful cars from a list I could choose from for the day with four great instructors though my best one was the Ferrari California with Roy the instructor who encouraged me to tryout the paddle shifters which gave a more thrilling and interesting control in the car and a fun new experience chatting with Roy the Rally driving instructor. . . A place where I was working.

Recently completed a driving experience at PSR and I honestly cannot fault it…. The staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable, and any questions were answered confidently. Everything with regards to your experience is well explained from the start, allowing you to relax and enjoy your day.
I won’t hesitate in booking again and recommending to friends.

absolute amazing day at PSR driving the dodge on the 19th june at eastfortune. 2nd time i have been to psr and i will be back for more! from start to finish its a great day out with a brilliant atmosphere and great staff. There was more cars than last time i drove and the track was the other way and over all better to drive on. Driving a left hand drive i was nervous but the instructor was brilliant at keeping me right. The car having a video now is a great added extra and a fair price for everything which i had to buy, its not everyday you get a video in a dodge driving!! looking at booking another car already, best day ever.

Had an awesome day driving the Lambo at East Fortune on the 19th of June. The staff was so lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful! This was my first time ever driving a car and it was an amazing experience. The driving instructor that i had was so patient and made sure i got the most out of my experience. Highly recommend, i will definitely be back!

What a day we had, on the hallowed ground of Dunsfold (top gear track). Such a well organised event with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The instructors were amazing too giving you the right amount of encouragement (and reassurance in my case) to boot it around track. Having read some of the other reviews I think they are unfair, there are optional extras / upgrades but you know what they are exactly that, optional. All of this information is available prior to the event clearly displayed on their website. We have been to other events like this where the upgrades weren't a choice they were compulsory. Having spent the morning there watching the cars go round we made the choice to do some extra laps in different vehicles, no pushy staff or sales tactics. Overall an amazing day and exhilarating experience. I'm recommending

What a day! Absolutely cracking time. Bought it as a gift for my brother and of course had to tag along to make sure he got on alright and legit will be ordering these every year as Christmas presents! The staff were incredible and helpful and really funny!

The crazy taxi does what it says on the tin!

You have the options to upgrade your package when you are there and you will want this in your life for sure! Can't stress enough how much of a great day it was and at the top gear track as well! EPIC!
